I was having a difficult time looting these. Not that they gave nothing, but I just couldn't get close enough. Something to do with were it died and phasing would be my guess, so out comes my trusty Loot-a-rang and I got the wraps from the next four I killed.

Kudos to Blizz for making the quest items lootable for anyone who aids in the kill, regardless of faction. I shudder at the bottleneck it would have otherwise caused.

If you have the quest where you Howl over your kills, you can also knock that out while gathering bandaids
