Easy and fun quest to do, like how the spells work, if you have troubles finding the NPC it starts in front of Ogrimmar's bank and u gotta go to the Zep tower to Borean Tundra to find the next NPC

on my wowhead this quest shows up and I;m alliance is this horde only just wondering why it would show up on alliance side wowhead profiles

The guy is NOT on or in the zep tower he is beside the small pond off to the side. You need to go click the dark crystal thing and flight the elementals to get your tablets.

Anyone can loot the tablet when it spawns. I ran to the location on a low-level alt, getting there too late to be able to join in the fight so I hung around for the next loop. When the tablet spawned, I was able to loot it as was another player who showed up right as the fight was over.

Starting quest is obtained from the npc named Earthmender Norsala in front of the Orgrimmar bank.

yes, i think the quest is bugged, or at least poorly designed. of the 3-4 times i have done this on ptr and live, i have not once had a chance to actually DO the quest, because someone else is already doing it, so i wait. when its done, i get "quest complete" and the tablet glitters. i reported it and said it should be phased, or at least not counted as complete if you sit there on the PTR, and guess it wasnt looked at. the quest itself is neat, but alot of people are missing out on it.

just like was said before so many people are doing the quest just go to the zep tower, look north for a crystal and an earthen ring npc. click on the crystal and you get abilities to sheild the tablet carrier, yourself and 3 spells to kill 3 elementals. i did not go to borean.

Quest keeps bugging NPC outside Ogi keeps freezing and no elementals spawn when you click Gem. Ticketed GM to c if we can get a quick fix on this

Just spoke to a GM who reset the NPC so quick fixs are available if it bugs

If you run with a custom UI or spell bars (ex CT Mod) make sure your action bar is accessible, as the spells show up on it. I had the lucky chance of being around while some one else did it so I could pick up the tablet after wards.

The shaman is north of the zeppelin tower on the west side (i.e. the one that goes to Northrend.)

Just found out that you don't have to do the fight yourself if you are there when someone completes the fight, then the tablets are lootable to anyone.

Just done the fight and looted the tablets but got a message saying 'spell not learned'
am I missing out on something or is this another bug?

If Durak bugs, just submit a ticket and ask the GM to reset the NPC in game for you. It happened to me and the GM came right in game and did a reset that made him disappear for a couple minutes, but he came back and we were all able to do the quest.

GM's are no longer able to reset this as it is now fully broken.

Today I asked a GM to reset NPC, and he could do it.
Btw the quest is cool...and easy :)

Description

[I'm expecting the arrival of a courier traveling from Northrend. He's carrying a collection of ancient titan treasures, ones I'm hoping will shed light on my troubling visions. The shaman should've arrived on one of the recent zeppelin flights and I'm starting to get worried.

He was to meet me by the zeppelin tower southwest of Orgrimmar's gates, but I don't want to miss my audience with the warchief. Would you be willing to look for the courier and see what's delaying him?]
