To find Grolvitar, after exiting the cave, follow the path to your left. There will be a HUGE pillar of flame near some houses. Approach the pillar and he'll attack you (I got Flame Shocked).

easier done by someone who isnt flying into the spot. doing this on my 85, as i flew down to wher he should be nothing happened. i hopped off my mount, came to wowhead and saw the above post so i stepped back about 15 yards and re-approached by foot and that triggered him.

Doesn't seem to be spawning for my Pandaren Monk. Tried approaching on foot, mounted, rolling, kicking, with and without speed boosts.

Perhaps it's broken for Pandas =\
