This NPC starts a quest called Free at Last, it is a escort quest. If someone has already started the quest, she will take a while to respawn because the route that she walks during the quest is long. Wait about 3 respawns from the mobs and she should pop.

She seems to have a pretty long respawn time if someone has already done it. Killed Arnak twice while waiting. Probably about a 10 min respawn time.

She is in walking mode, if you are doing this quest just cause you need it for Loremaster or you are high level helping a friend, and feel like omg its too long... put yourself in walk mode. And it doesnt seem so frustrating.

Respawned in 2.5 minutes for me, just now.

She also moves at 35% of your run speed. Your walk speed is 36% of your run speed, go figure :(

Got the 'Free at Last' quest... tried finding info on it but no such luck, keeps showing some Halloween quest (seasonal). Started to escort her, but after maybe 20sec, she vanished... quest didn't fail, been 30min now, looked all over... just kinda vanished?

EDIT: Tried again a few days later, same deal... managed to get across 2 bridges, then once she hit the 3rd... gone. I had my hunter set to tracking, and even with it her green dot on the map vanished. Upside is, I found a pattern for Robes of Arcana at 38:28 where her quest starts. :)

She is found near the Great Lift. (You still have to get by the Grimtotem to get to her) Gives the quest "Free at Last" which is an escort quest and available at 29.

Not the brightest MOB in the bunch, she will aggro as many as she can. Beware also, the quest generates two additional MOBs on each rise.

She is right beside Arnak Grimtotem (Who captured her).

As you come down from the great lift, the first totem you see to the left leads up to the path which will eventually lead to Lakota. She is left at the first "fork" in the road, atop the pinnacles. She is quite tanky and also deals a reasonable amount of damage for an escort NPC, and can mostly take 1 mob on her own if you are a bit squishy or slow to kill the mobs.

So far have been waiting over 15 minutes for her to spawn.

Edit: She spawned shortly after I wrote the comment. Great opportunity to make silk bandages with all the free time you'll have as she walks.

As of 9/17/2023 if you run too far ahead of her the quest fails, but she keeps walking until she dies, then the 15 minute respawn timer starts.
