Nerub-ar Palace and Mythic+ Hotfixes - Mistcaller and Brood Infusers

Over the last 24 hours, a few hotfixes have been pushed to live servers for Mythic+ and Nerub-ar Palace.
Mistcaller
Last night, hotfixes pushed the "Only on Player" flag to MIstcaller's Dodge Ball ability:

. We're not exactly sure what this was supposed to fix, but initial thoughts are it was to fix pets getting hit by Dodgeball, or Dodgeball
dealing friendly fire damage
.
However, this fix has had an unintended side effect or has been implemented incorrectly because Dodge Ball just isn't cast anymore! The arrows will show up, but no cast is started. It's a little scary at first but something is clearly broken here now.
Nerub-ar Palace

cast. This ability has now been nerfed, increasing the cast time to 5.5 seconds from 3.5 seconds.
