You can recruit followers to your Garrison, who can go on missions that have dungeon or entry-level raid loot as rewards.

Garrison Invasions
Garrison Invasions are challenges in your Garrison that allow you to defeat attacking enemies for rewards.
They can be completed solo but you are encouraged to bring your friends because the rewards are greater if you perform better.
When you kill level 100 mobs (in the areas for Apexis Crystal Quests), you have a chance that the enemies will prepare to attack your garrison in retaliation. Completing Apexis dailies awards a large amount of hatred with one of six Invasion factions.
Invasions completed well can reward Bronze, Silver, or Gold medals. At all levels you can win a piece of ilvl 645 loot, and at gold you have a chance to get a mount. In 6.1, players can hit Platinum with 1300 points and be rewarded with ilvl 660 loot.

Garrison Outposts
Garrison outposts provide special zone-wide perks, questchains that reward followers, and currency to buy level 2 Garrison blueprints for free.
Garrison Outposts do
not
work like your Garrison hub--you cannot construct and level up additional buildings there.
The buildings you choose for your Outpost in each zone will grant you unique buffs in that particular zone. Many quest chains reward followers as well.
Gorgrond
,
Nagrand
,
Flèches d’Arak
, and
Talador
have two unique building choices. You can have all four outposts active at once across zones.
There are eight potential outpost themes and the Alliance and Horde have different artwork.
You can later switch an outpost in a zone, at level 100. At launch, you could not go back and get rewards from the alternate outpost, but after December 11th hotfixes, you can grab alternate followers from outpost questlines. In 6.1, you can purchase the alternate followers for from your Garrison without having to rebuild the outpost.
Completing an Outpost-related questline in a zone will give you a token that you can turn in for a free Level 2 Blueprint.

Work Orders
Many buildings have attached Work Orders. These allow you to convert one type of resource into another more useful one!
Work Orders are a great way to generate reagents for a particular profession, especially if you do not have that profession learned. You can construct a Garrison building for a profession, complete Work Orders to get Draenor-quality materials, and then speak to an NPC who can craft Draenor gear using those materials.
For this entire process, you don’t need to actually train the profession.
The number of Work Orders you can complete one after the other, so you don’t have to log in every few hours to start up a new order, increases based on the level of your building:
Level 1: 7 orders
Level 2: 14 orders
Level 3: 21 orders
Orders take 4 hours to complete. When they are completed, a clickable crate will appear by your Garrison building with the materials inside.
The
Storehouse
lets you increase the number of Work Orders queued up and if you assign a Follower to a building, they increase the yield of your Work Order.

Garrison Campaign
The Garrison Campaign is a series of level 100 quest chapters starting from your Garrison in Warlords of Draenor. There are 12 quest chains total and you can complete one roughly every week.
Each questline explores a little more of the lore in Warlords of Draenor, continuing the story after you hit 100 and stop questing in Nagrand.
If you don't care about the lore, you should still complete these quests as they have cool rewards, including titles, toys, and Garrison Resources. The final quest in the series rewards
Collier du maître-lame
,
Sanketsu
, and
Thisalee Corbeau / Choluna
.

Cristal apogide

Weekly raid quests reward a bag with an ilvl 645 or 655 token.
Relic Hunter quests are given by Harrison Jones and when they are completed, unlock a similar-sounding ilvl 630 mission for your followers. This rewards a bag with
Cristal apogide
, ilvl 645, or ilvl 655 token. Completing all the quests is needed to obtain
Harrison Jones
as a follower.
Profession NPCs will give a daily quest for Primal Spirits as well as the option to buy several new recipes for transmutes and Stage 4 crafted upgrades. These can spawn even if you don't have that profession. They're also a great way of letting you get Primal Spirits if you have a surplus of one tradeskill reagent.

Players can customize the music playing in their Garrison in 6.1.
There is a starter quest in your Garrison to build your jukebox:
À fond les basses !
. This requires you to collect
Caisson de basses
,
Lecteur de disques Laz-tron
,
Amplificateur phonique
,
Condensateur E.K.L.R.
, and
Stère de bois ancien
.
There are currently 40 music rolls--
click here to see the full list
. There are popular tunes such as
Rouleau à musique : La Complainte des Bien-nés
anyone can acquire, ambiance ones like
Rouleau à musique : Angélique
, as well as faction-specific tracks like
Rouleau à musique : Chantenuit
and
Rouleau à musique : Orgrimmar
. Check out the music roll pages to listen to their sounds.
You can acquire these music tracks through different means--killing bosses, turning in currency, fishing, etc. The jukebox NPC offers vague hints as to the types of content you need to do.
There are achievements for collecting 20 tunes, and there are great user comments on these pages documenting all of the music roll sources:
Alliance page
,
Horde page
.
Collecting 20 tunes rewards the
Lecteur de musique portable
toy. This plays short WoW tunes--it does not duplicate your Jukebox's music.
