They are obtained from the Darkmoon Faire profession quests.

Edit : thanks to Derren's comment, the price of the Sack'O Tokens depends on your level ! (57s 60c to a character level 67, 1g 80 to a character 85 goblin)

You can buy 20 tokens for 1g92s (1g80s if you're exalted from before or if you're a goblin) by buying the Sack'O Tokens, which is a ridiculous price if you're lvl 20+ !

These tokens are used to play the following games :

- It's Hammer Time
- The Humanoid Cannonball (obtainable achievement : Blastenheimer Bullseye)
- He Shoot, He Scores! (obtainable achievement : Quick Shot)
- Tonk Commander
- Target: Turtle

It's being shown on the Icon on wowhead, but in case you didn't notice it: you can stack them up to 200
Seeing as there is a ton of rewards, you may want to stockpile those tokens, instead of keep buying new ones.
