Comptez 10 à 30 minutes pour obtenir ce sympathique familier.

Zul'Mashar est le meilleur endroit pour farmer car les mobs réapparaissent rapidement et en quantité.

Pensez à prendre le buff de Fiona.

If you want to AoE grind for Fortune cachée (for M. Boustifs), you should head to Zul'Mashar. There are tons of graves which spawn trolls. Lots of easy kills.

Be sure to have Fiona´s Lucky Charm buff on!

I did all of Fiona's quests then got the Lucky Charm and I went to go farm the Hidden Stash. I killed around 10 Death Cultists,50 Carrion Grubs/Devouring Grubs, and a few others it drops form about 20 times and i still haven't got it. Can someone please help me? Also how do you know when you have got Fiona's Lucky Charm?

Mr. Grubbs is definately not a 100% drop from these stashes.

I got the Lucky Charm buff and killed a lot of the poor scarlet guys at Tyr's Hand. Every 10th - 12th one dropped a Hidden Stash. I think I opened about 50 bags.

They contain about 50c - 1s90c and, if you're lucky, Mr. Grubbs.

Apart from the compagnion I got 8 stacks of mageweave cloth, 4 stacks of silk cloth and some greens for DE.

The pet came as a total suprise to me. I took the buff because i just wanted more cash, and in the first bag i discovered the little rascal! I didn´t even knew you could get him in the bags!
Good thing i chose for the luck instead of the extra damage.

At the risk of being hated, the pet dropped from my first bag after 2 min of "grinding" in Zul'Mashar. I definitely recommend that location.

Very good drop rate once you get the sacks which are about 1/10 on the mobs that do drop them. I know it's not a %100 drop like it says here because it dropped in my second bag. Hope this helps someone.

Edit: Next grub was in the fourth sack.

a tad frustrated....I have cleared Zul'Mashar three times and still have not seen a single 'hidden stash' bag drop. yes I have 'Fiona's Lucky Charm' active...?

Hidden Stash drop is nice in Zul'Masha. Its like, 1 drop for each 15 kills.

Took me 36 Hidden Stashes, about 35 min farming, for getting the pet.

The droprate is actually quite low, i spent more than an hour grinding for Mr Grubbs, its not 100%.

This is a great place im a level 67 priest i just spammed holy nova. it only took me 2go arounds of the graves to get not 1, but 2 pets lol too bad they are BoP ): it only took me like maybe 10bags to get the pet. and the pet does come from the bags btw...

Go to the road that enters Eastern Plaguelands and accept the two quests from Fiona to find two of her friends. Go to them and finish each quest they have (they will ask you to do one quest, then another quest which u turn in at Fiona). Do these quests then go over to the caravan. It will have a blue '!' on it. Click Fiona's lucky charm and you will get the buff. Then go kill some creatures.

I farmed just east of plaguewood tower and killed the plaguewood reanimators.
Start from the west and travel east killing them. by the time you finished the line of them, more have spawned. They spawn almost instantely and they are in a group of about 5.

I farmed for 44 minutes and got 23 hidden stash's (this might vary because yesterday i went for about 20 minutes and got 3 hidden stash's)

The Hidden Stash drop rate from the Plaguewood Reanimators is 12%

I got all the stash's then opened them and one of the last few stash's i opened had a mr. Grubbs.

MR. GRUBBS IS NOT A 100% DROP.

If your not into farming, i suggest making a playlist with yor fav. music and listening to it, that's what i did because i hate farming.

Mr. Grubbs looks exactly like a deathknights bloodworm, but only the yellow type colour (the colour of the grubbs in eastern plaguelands)

I farmed about 25 minutes... level 85 so they went down pretty fast... there was same time waiting on respawns. I did indeed find him at Zul'Mashar. Took me 25 minutes to get Mr Grubbs, then I got 3 of them with in a two minute period.... so yeah... now I have two extra Mr Grubbs pets to vendor :P

Wish this was not soulbound so you could AH them or send them to alts or something. I got 3 or 4 of them on one of my characters and my only options were to vendor it or destroy it.

I just got M. Boustifs out of the Stash and i found the best place to farm for Fortune cachée is a place called "Noxious Glade" in Eastern Plague lands as every mob there has about 10% chance of dropping a Stash.
The chance of receiving the pet is not very high.
Note: you must have Fiona's Lucky Charm buff to allow these Stashes to drop.

Ok.. so to summarize it all. First you need to speak to Fiona at coords 9.0, 66.4 to start her quest chain. Once you are doing this, you will come to a part where you ride her caravan to another area. Once there, I think you have to complete a few more of her quests, and then the caravan gets a blue ? over it, and you can access fionas lucky charm buff. You cannot get the hidden stash unless you have this buff.

Once you have the buff, killing mobs will give you a small (I noticed that the percent drop rate on the seemed lower than is listed here on wowhead) chance to get the Hidden Stash. If you are lucky, one in 15 mobs drops a bag.

As stated above, the best place to farm for appears to be Zul Mashar at coords 65, 13. There are graves up there that respawn reletively quickly and produce a rather large number of mobs in a short period of time. Run over the graves and the mobs appear. Kill, loot, and hope for a bag.

If you are lucky enough to get a then you will find the drop rate on Mr Grubbs is very, very low. I farmed the grave area for 3 hours and got 68 bags before the companion dropped. This was on top of the hour or more that I spent doing the initial quests and farming other areas prior to getting over there.

One positive thing is that once the caravan gets the ? and you can get Fiona's Lucky Charm buff, it doesn't go away if you ride the caravan to a new area. As near as I can tell, its there forever, and you can access it no matter where you are in the quest chain, or if you have completed them all.

Taken the WoWHead Database as a sample we can conclude that the droprate of Mr. Grubbs is about 1,5 %

A Moment ago there were 228.886 'Hidden Stash' and 4.111 'Mr. Grubbs' in the database.

4.111 / 228.886 = 0,0142 = 1,42 %

Mr. Grubbs is not a 100% chance drop, it just says that because the only other thing this drops is silver. Also Hidden Stash will not drop without Fiona's Lucky Charm, obtainable from here caravan.

PS: dont log out or dc while trying to farm this,you WILL have to go get the buff again.

Proof: i logged out,came back later had buff still,killed 100...no stash. Went and got buff again,first kill it drops. Before i had logged out i was getting them 1 out of 5 kills(sometimes more).

I read all these comments about quick drop rates and i thought yeah right! however still did everything everyone said - got fionas charm buff went to Zul'Mashar and started my stopwatch. Got my pet after 7mins 34 secs (and i am not lucky when it comes to farming pets - there is another elusive one i have been farming for two years - so dont give up :D

Farming for M. Boustifs under the effect of Charme de chance de Fiona, I killed 257 Ecorchemousse infectés, and got 22 Fortune cachée, for a drop rate of 8.6%. That's of course a much smaller sample pool than wowhead has, and the drop rate for all npcs may not be the same, but wowhead stats presumably include kills without the buff, so I wanted a controlled (if small) experiment.

As for how often those stashes contain what you want, I can't judge from personal experience. I stopped once I got my first Mr. Grubbs - for even rough statistics I would have to keep going 'till I had 10, which would take forever. However as others did last year, we may be able to extrapolate from wowhead stats. As of this date wowhead has seen Fortune cachée drop 319319 times, and has seen M. Boustifs drop 5760 times, so maybe 1.8% of the time it's a good stash.

Decided to start collecting some pets. Read up on Mr Grubbs and decided it sounded like fun. Flew to Fiona at the East Plague border. Started her initial 2 quests completed both chains until her wagon gave me the, "Lucky Charm" buff. Got my buff and headed to Zul'Mashar. Killed everything up the path into and all the graves, decided to keep killing everything on the "temple" looking thing. Went up the stairs killed the elite and others on top level. Went down level by level and cleared a path. Got the Grubbs drop just before ground level on the backside of the Temple. Opened up, somewhere around 15 - 20 Hidden stashes. Feel like I got pretty lucky. Hopefully you'll get the Mr. Grubbs quickly, too.

according to wowhead this pet has 55% drop rate of the bags and the bags seem to have about 10% drop chance this pet is definitely much easier to obtain then other world drops

I got Mr Grubbs about a hour in with the buff from fiona's caravan. My main goal is to get the extremely rare engineering recipe flawless arcanite rifle. If any of you guys come across this..please make a post. I dont know if the recipe was taken out of the game. It still shows its lootable. If anyone from server Area 52 horde side comes across this recipe i will pay well. Garetjaxx.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but Hidden Stash is not unique (as of Cata Classic Pre-Patch, May 2024). You can have multiple in your inventory at the same time. So, AOE everything down, loot it all, then open all the bags - no need to stop and open each bag after looting one.

I found Death's Step a really good place to farm this.
Took roughly 30 minutes, i'd say 50 stash bags or less.

Killed 350 Putréfacteur du Pas de la mort, 175 Difformité du Pas de la mort before i got M. Boustifs.

The mobs spawn in a group of 3, would often instant respawn as i killed the previous pack, and there are maybe 10 or so set spawn groups so i was never waiting for new mobs to kill.
