Also interesting to note Valor Medal of the First War and this CAN be used at the same time for 670 dodge rating or one after the other for 335 dodge rating for 40 secs. THEY DO NOT SHARE THE SAME COOLDOWN.

Won this on my Fury/Prot Warrior on a Greed roll. Nice replacement for Coren's Lucky Coin. Just have to decide between the Bitter Balebrew Charm and the Bubbling Brightbrew Charm for the other slot now.

This is dropped off Coren Direbrew as part of a daily quest during the Brewfest season. (as of 2009)

His complete loot table:
1st time you fight him, he will drop Direbrew's Dire Brew which you can turn into Ipfelkofer Ironkeg for 40 Brewfest Prize Tokens, then..

A) Guaranteed to drop one of these epic trinkets:
-Ancient Pickled Egg.
-Brawler's Souvenir.
-Mithril Pocketwatch.
-Coren's Chromium Coaster.
-Bitter Balebrew Charm.

B) Lucky Groups have a slight chance to finding:
