I would like to note that you CANNOT stack several glyphs of the same type to increase the effect. Upon attempting to inscribe a duplicate Glyph at the Lexicon of Power you recieve the message:

"That Glyph is already inscribed in your spellbook."

This glyph is amazingly bad, AB costs 1,8k mana and this glyph will reduce that by 900... woah. Atleast the warlocks got it worse with a glyph for soulwell that can only be seen upon as a provocation along the line of "NEW AND EXCITING ICON FOR UR SPELLS!"

All minor glyphs are learned from "Minor Inscription Research" which can be learned from any inscription trainer at level 75 inscription. However, it does have a 20 hour cool-down before you can try again.

Does this reduce the cost of Dalaran Brilliance or Dalaran Intellect ?

Edit: Yes, it does :D Sweet way to spend 20 Arcane Powders and a load of mana for a nice 25 raid-wide arcane explosion kind of visual effect

Since Arcane Brilliance is a raid wide buff this is one of the least useful glyphs for mages. How many times during a raid does the tank attack immediately after the raid gets buffed? Almost never. There is usually 1 if not 2 ready checks between the buffs and the pull. Plenty of time to down a Mana Strudel to get your mana back.
