For those of you wondering, if the fight is shorter then 125 seconds (2 minutes 5 seconds) you gain more benefit from Enchant Chest: Exceptional Mana, anything MORE than 125 seconds and this is more helpful.

Seeing as most fights tend to be around that mark, the choice may also be a personal one, though most raid bosses have a longer fight while instance/heroic bosses tend to be shorter or around that mark. I have no doubt this is done intentionally by blizzard.

This enchant adds +20 Spirit.

AAAAAArgh. This DOES only add 20 spirit, NOT the 10 mana/5 seconds regen that both the description here and in the armory claims.
