I was at 44/45 too. Went to Darnassus, the quest L'appel du héros : le cratère d'Un'Goro ! isn't there anymore. And for some reason i even got retrograded to 43/45 :/ (i don't know if the clicking on the panel in Darnassus did it, but i noticed it just after).

This achievement is not bugged for Horde. There are more than 45 quests to receive this. After earning the achievement I even completed 5 extra quests for a total of 50.
These results may not be typical and might only apply to Horde members

Linkin questline, Ringo, A-mee, and the mighty ucha were all unavailable to me. I only had 4 retroactive quests from my previous Loremaster grind.

I too was stuck at 43/45 for the new achievement (4.0.3) when I discovered that the venomhide ravasaur starting quests do count towards this achievement. So if you are stuck, you may want to see if those quests are available.

The Activation Rune from Freyas chain in Sholozar Basin counts for this achievment.
It's a Northrend quest but it's done after you come through the Waygate and it begins and ends in Un'goro. If you're short one quest try this one.

Still stuck in 44/45. I figured out there is a quest in Tanaris named Tropical Paradise Beckons (Un paradis tropical vous attend) which may count, but a previous quest requires access to Uldum.
EDIT: now im at 43 too! lol

Went to Darn like Gwarfest said but no quest there for my DK so still 44/45 (not lost a quest like some ppl have).
My Pala alt still has the 45/45 Achieve (see my posting about to see how).

I have looked high and low for anyother quests with my alt in the crater after tonight restart but can't find anymore. This Achieve is bugged for the Alli :( only 45 quest there and if you feck up 1 quest you have had it for the achieve.

I have the Loremaster title and had all quests in the game completed before this patch and I too am stuck at 44/45 and have been searching for hours. Sigh!

Im loremaster before the patch, so had 1 quest done before i went here and did all the new ones.

If youre having trouble finishing this achievement missing one or two quests (as I was) doublecheck to make sure these quests were completed:

"The Activation Rune" is part of a Wrath quest chain that starts at Avatar of Freya in Scholazar Basin with "The Lifewarden's Wrath", the sixth step in the chain is confirmed to count towards this achievement.

"An Abandoned Research Camp" can be picked up from Research Equipment in Terror run of South-west Ungoro. (38.5, 66.1)

There is also a Crate of Foodstuffs in an abandoned camp in The Rolling Gardens of North-east Ungoro which offers "Is This Stuff Still Good?" (68.6, 36.5)

The above quests are available to both factions, so GL and HAVE FUN! ;)

I'm also stuck at 43/45, however I have not done the quests involving escorting Ringo out of Fire Plume Ridge, and I can confirm that both my guildies who has the achievement has done these two (finding him and escorting him).
They are simply not avalable to me. Sent a GM-ticket, waiting for an answer on why I cannot get these quests.

Tropical Paradise is not available for me, and I had done Un'Goro up to 44/45 (now 43/45) before ever setting foot in Tanaris. Either get this quest first before you ever talk to Marshal, or it isn't available at all. Has anyone actually completed this quest?

Spoke with a Blue in game today and was told that the retrograding to 43/45 is a known issue and they are working on it. The quests involving Ringo have been removed from the Alliance side, but not Horde. I was then told that the best the Blue could say was that I could voice my opinion to the developers on the Blizz forums in the appropriate sections, to see if a change could be made or reversed.

Basically, Ally is screwed on the Un'goro achievement at this time.

My situation with the GM is different.

GM was able to enable the quest for me, I now have Speak with Spraggle and able to turn in to Spraggle Frock. Also am sitting at 44/45 before having the quest enabled and thus this achievement is a sure get once I get Lost!.

Hmm...Speak with Spraggle not counting for the 45th....

Ok turned in Lost! and got the 45th and the achievement. Able to get quest from Ringo now for A Little Help From My Friends

Random rant: Couldn't get the exploration achievement for Un'Goro Crater, for some reason Shaper's Terrace still shadowed to me even though I've been there.

I'm on Alliance side and got 43/45 but after today's patch it had dropped to 42/45 and I'm stuck there. I've done all other quests but it seems that I'm stuck to that Ringo quest becouse it seems that I can't optain it.

Krakle for "Speak with Spraggle" wont talk to me.
The quest "Tropical Paradise" is only for Hunters according to Wowhead.

I have also turned in the two quests from the empty camps and the Avatar quest from the Basin.

I was at 43/45 and now I am at 42/45 for whatever reason. I can't find anymore. I have done the camp quests. I went to the Basin and talked to Freya, she only had one quest for me to kill all those dudes on the mountain there. I can't get the quests to Speak with Spraggle or the Ringo one. Any suggestions?

I was at 43/45 yesterday after finishing all quest in Un'goro that I could find.
Today, when I logged in, my achievement was at 42/45 (like some have reported, one quest disapeared). This was about 4 hours ago.
Now, 3/12/10 2:47 AM, my achievement shows 45/45 and is completed. Maybe they fixed something?

I was stucked @ 43/45 coz of Ringo chain.. Today i saw the achievement just completed with 43/45 quests. I think Blizz fixed it with downing the quest needed.

I just completed the quest achievement by completing the chain that starts in Sholazar Basin and takes you to Un'Goro Crater. I was at 40/45. After doing the 1 quest in this chain that occurs in Un'Goro I got the achievement. The chain starts at the Avatar of Freya who is located in the Lost Lands of Scholazar Basin. After running some errands for her she will send you to a portal that takes you to Un'Goro. "The Activation Rune" is the quest that dings.

here are some easy to miss quests:

"Here Lies Dadanga", tribute to the now obsolete Dadanga is Hungry! (curse you Deathwing!)

"Is This Stuff Still Good?"

the NPC Spark Nilminer (4 quests)

and ofc the soon to be famous Maximillian of Northshire quest chain. (4 quests)

And maybe for some the best tip .. The Ringo quest is doable (again).

Hi, for those of you who are having problems with your loremaster quest. I had 40/45 and was not able to find anymore quests for Un 'Goro Crater. I went to Northrend (Sholazar Basin) then went to The Lost Lands and began a series quests with Avatar of Freya. (This is a chain quest so, be sure to do all of the quests approximately 20 quests or so.) The very last quest you do with her takes you to WayGate which is a portal to Un 'Goro Crater. Once you go through the portal you will have a quest to turn in and then accept the next quest Back Through to WayGate. Once you have completed this you will have your achievement. Thank you.

Please note that I only did a total of 41 quests to get this achievement.

Wouch. I was on 44/45, reading here I found one quest that I was sure I hadn't done (equipment). Sure enough, so I grabbed the kit and handed the kabbudle over, waited for that *bing, you have achievement*. Nada. So I open my achievement page... Now I am at 2/45. *sigh* I am hoping when I log and come back, it will be fixed.

To those missing Un'Goro quest on 40/41 :
Don't forget A Tale of Two Shovels @ (32,50)

I was missing / stuck on 40/41 and I had flown over and searched the entire crater. I then went on to finish Tanaris 40/40, went into the crater and flew over to check... and there it was.

Undoubtedly, at least for me, Un'goro was one of my favorite places to visit and quest in the post-Cata world. some of the highlights:

the Maximillian quest line
the revamped J.D. Collie Power Crystal quest line that ultimately, after doing a number of quests in each of the 3 camps, allows you to use the Crystal Pylons, and leads you to "Nablya, The Watcher"
a number of entertaining quests, like "A-Me-01"

My top five favorite post-Cata, old world zones, as alliance, are:

Thousand Needles
Stonethalon
Badlands
Un'goro
Swamp of Sorrows

My bottom five, least favorite post-Cata, old world zones, as alliance, are:

Hinterlands (totally ruined, disjointed)
Arathi Highland (boring)
Silithus (greatly diminished, orphaned)
Winterspring (annoying, broken story, discouraging)
Northern Stranglethorn (endless wedgies, broken story, disjointed)
