Nos entregarán una bolsa con suministros en la que encontraremos la Sapta Elemental y un Tótem de Limpieza. Si nos bebemos la Sapta podremos ver elementales por toda la ciudad y podremos subyugarlos usando los totems cerca de ellos. Podrás encontrar los elementales de Tierra / Fuego en Forjaz respectivamente.

Rather easy. Drink the drink and then you will see the little elements. Use the totem near them for it to work.

According to the guide at https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/guide=cataclysm&prelaunch this quest isn't yet live, along with some other quests. These will presumably form a second phase of the Cataclysm pre-event.

This quest is indeed already available.

It's pretty straightforward. You get the Earthren Ring Supplies bag containing the Elemental Sapta and a Cleansing Totem. Then you just have to use the sapta to get a 5-minutes buff that allows you to see earth elementals roaming the city, and then run around using the Totem to destroy them.

The elementals are passive and never attack anyone.

Yes, this quest does appear to be on live servers now. Drink the sapta and run around dropping a cool looking Dwarf totem on top of the little buggers. Cooldown on the totem is pretty quick, so you'll only have to wait once or twice for it to be ready.

Also, I guess this means it's not part of phase 3, but a pre-cursor to phase 2. Maybe?

The best place I found to subdue them is in the sunken walkway in the Commons... they re-pop incredibly quickly, and you can just run back and forth until you get them all.

Totem replaces shaman's fire totem when planted. Also, it can't be used outside Ironforge.

Keep an eye on your sapta buff. If it runs out, the elementals appear and fade out as you approach them.

I thought I did. Don't you need to drink the potion to even be able to see the little fire guys? I click on the Totem and I see a green circle appear under the fire dude, but then what? Sorry about the noob questions; only been playing a week.
