If you find that towards the end of the cinematic you just stare at the coffer for a while, then when it ends the quest is not complete, do this:

Abandon the quest and go back to Harrison Jones to restart.
DISMOUNT before accepting the next quest.
Proceed as usual :D

It bugs out if you are mounted when you accept the quest.

This cinematic bugged out for me. When Commander Schnotzz is killed, the camera moves away to some mountain and that's it. Had to cancel it there.

This is repeatedly bugging out with the hung cinematic. Wasn't mounted. Tons of people in the zone having the same problem.

Solution for me was to cancel the cinematic. Gave credit and completed the quest. Worth watching through the first time though. If it bugs, just drop and fly back up to him, dismount, take it again and then hit ESC to cancel the cinematic.

when i completed this quest harrison jones was now called... unknown and couldnt start the new quest.

The way the quest ended reminds me of Raiders of Lost Ark where Ark destroyed every Nazi that didn't turn away from the power of Ark.

How can the rewards for such a long chain be so awful? No physical DPS rewards at all? Much crappy chains often have 5 rewards to choose from.

I dont have a problem with the cinematic or anything but at the end Brann just shows up as "unknown" and i cant hand in the quest. Ive abandoned and accepted loads of times and still get the same problem any ideas?

While Wowhead's information is correct, the quest information is incorrect, upon completion, the quest reads:
Speak with Harrison Jones at the Temple of Uldum
You actually turn this into Brann Bronzebeard, as Wowhead states.

This has been my favorite Cataclysm questline of them all. I got a big poo-eating grin on my face when Brann popped out of that chest, and actually laughed out loud when I read the quest title.

Uldum absolutely abounds with clever references and puns, and this questline has some of the best in the zone. From the main questgiver's name "Harrison Jones" (as in Harrison Ford playing Indiana Jones) to the "furriers" transformed second-in command Gobbles (Goebbels was Hitlers minister of propaganda during WWII) to an American Revolution reference (the quest "Three if by Air"), this questline has it all! An absolute must for any cata-goer.

So mad my account ran out at the end during the cinematic. I was trying to complete it before and mid cinematic it froze. Ironically it froze at the same time everyone is saying. Oh well time to get a time card and get my achievement tomorrow. Pissed tho it didn't give me any rep for my camel.

If it isn't obvious, the reference to his name is Harrison Ford and his character Indiana Jones. Blizzard decided to cleverly mix the two together, creating Harrison Jones, who is in fact, similarly dressed in game as he would be dressed in the movies! The quests are similar to the adventures Indiana Jones has as well.
