If you're Horde and you're going after the Tiny Flamefly companion pet, you might get stuck at this point. Check and make sure you've done

Mouton Flamestar ( 17.1, 51.3)
- Done Nothing Wrong (free 4 chained whelps)

Then go back and talk to Ariok to continue to Chiselgrip.
