Word of warning: if you complete Wild, Wild, Wildhammer Wedding before this quest, you will no longer be able to talk to Russell Brower to complete Words and Music By.... Make sure to do this before the wedding!

EDIT: Furiouswind is right. I went away and came back later and I was able to properly interact with Russell Brower again. It appears I was just stuck in the wedding phase at the time.
