The cut scene was horribly bugged for me - the camera stayed pointed squarely at the cave wall the entire time and half the dialogue didn't even appear on screen. Here's a video of the correct cut scene if you too are wondering what just happened.

The Cutscene is still bugged. Showed only the rocks after Rhea's surprise to who showed up at the enterance of the cave. Thanks for the link to correct cutscene video, Marcelpriest.

Yes, it was bugged for me too. I actually had the bloody thing hang on me. Camera locks onto the wall, and then nothing. I eventually hit escape and it asked me if i wanted to skip the cutscene. I said yes, and it took me back to the hill with Rhea and I could talk to her again and redo the quest. Same thing happened. This time when i hit escape and it asked me if i wanted to skip the cutscene I said "Cancel" and the quest completed (though i never saw it or even got dialogue.)

I had no issues with the cut scene while doing this in 4.2. Here's the text from the cut scene for those who missed it:

Rhea says: I'll just leave this right here
Rhea says: How's my little baby doing?
Rhea says: No... it's... it's you! NO!
Deathwing says: You impetous little whelp... I know exactly what you and mortal are up to.
Are you ready to die, dragon?
Rhea says: Yes... just show mercy to the egg.
Deathwing yells: Mercy!
Deathwing yells: THERE IS NO MERCY! YOU WILL BURN FOR THIS DRAGON!
