Well after doing millions of other quest hubs waiting for Yevaa to open up this quest, it never happened.

Just went west of the temple & found initiate goldmine & started the quest chain from the 2nd quest in the chain.

This almost feels like a poke at Arathi Basin, where new players would frequently ask "where's Goldmine?" when someone would call incoming there.
