You just need to find Greely in the south west tunnels...south and west of the water you see when you first go down into the mine.

LOL..before heading into the mine, check out the goblin warlock and mage trainers turfing spells at one another.

Take a right shortly after you enter and to down the wooden steps. Then make a 180 degree turn at the end of the stairs so that the water is on your right. Then go straight, go underneath the archway, and go to the end. You should see the question mark show up before long.
