all 3 are within 10 feet of the quest giver. The tools are just inside the house, the other 2 items just outside the house, to the left, if facing the doorway into the house.

Be careful when talking to the questgiver, as if you get pulled into combat with one of the Forsaken attacking him, it may not break until that mob dies. If you find yourself stuck in combat in this area, just go slaughter the guys near him until it drops. Only really a problem if you're looking to regen your health after a few fights, but potentially deadly in that situation.
