(kinda obviously) the satchel is NOT refundable, so make sure you definitely want it before you buy it. If you try to sell it back it says "The merchant doesn't want that item". Blizz thought ahead from the looks of it.

There isn't a lot of data yet, but there seems to be a slant away from stormvine (cheapest herb in my AH, best scribe fodder) and a small leaning towards twilight jasmine, the can't-collect-until-525 herb with the (currently) highest value. I was pleased to find 15 jasmine in my bag.

This is filed perfectly; under junk.
From an alchemist or inscription point of view 20 herbs for 1,500 justice points is hardly worth the price.
You can easily farm a stack of whip tales well under the amount of time in which it would take you to gather 1,500 JP even when you're flush with justice points you could use it in several other areas worth so much more.

Think of it as filler.

Honestly not worth to buy unless you need to spend Justice points when you have nothing else to buy and already capped 4000.

Bad for gold, bad for herbs. If you really need to dump JP, and need herbs do this:1 buy enchanting mats, the essence, at least on my server ATM is the best value. 2: AH 3: buy herbs 4:? 5: Profit!
