For a shadow Priest this is not quite BIS but is probably more easily attainable than Valiona's Medallion or Dorian's Lost Necklace.

For Disc or Holy Priest you can shave off 50 points of the Crit or Mastery through reforging for +50 Spirit. Although it will still be lite on the spirit you would get from other desirable necklaces such as Amulet of Tender Breath, it does have more +INT.
