This shield is inferior and arguably more difficult to obtain than 源质风暴盾牌 due to the fact that for all classes and specs that can use it, haste is a much better stat than crit.

I am more than slightly disappointed the design for this is not more of a reference than it is. Would've been cool it if kind of resembled the Heartless symbol. Oh well!

Odd item considering the Blacksmith craft-able 源质风暴盾牌 has better stats.
Item comparison

Throwing in a 闪耀地狱炎石 or a +20 int +20 stat gem would also provide higher INT than the 王国之心.
B/O for this item is rather low compared to raid BoE drops and for my resto shaman I'm hard pressed to find any replacement for 源质风暴盾牌 until patch 4.2 leaving this item an oddity with the lack of a socket.
