Far more valuable than Finkle's Mixer Downer

Finkle Einhorn is a pretty known NPC since vanilla WoW. If you've seen the first Ace Ventura movie, you probably recognize his name. He's got a few well known items with his name on it:

The good old Skinner. From The Beast in Upper Blackrock Spire.
Finkle's Skinner
The mace with the awesome looks, seriously. From Majordomo Executus' cache in Molten Core.
Finkle's Lava Dredger
A new ring added in Cataclysm, from a quest in Blackrock Caverns.
Finkle's Twinkle

And now, this Mixer Upper.. One must wonder, with this variety of gear pieces, what gear comes next!

Holy/Disc Priests should have priority over the wand before shadow priests, mastery/spirit are their best stats (holy/disc priest) - shadow priests come second.

10% seems like the right drop rate considering this wand is only desirable by 1 of the 10 classes (priests). I wouldn't say this is the wand "EVERYBODY" wants. Rather, it's the wand EVERY priest REALLY wants (as there is no other 353 or 359 PvE wand with spirit on it)
