The 2-piece bonus is lovely, the 4-piece however seems quirky, but at the same time neat.
Hopefully the slots this set take up won't be the same 5 as T9, hopefulyl 1 will be difefrent. Woudl like to have the 2piece from here and keep the 4piece from T9.
Or better yet, make T9's bonus a talent in the next expansion or a later patch. :)

That sounds potentially BAD. unless the target it jumps to is always the lowest on life.
IMO this is the weirdest most vague set bonus ever...

the 4 piece "set bonus" is the worst i ever seen tbh,2% equals 1 in 50 chances for it to jump onto another target ,and what target...lowest on health or just in certain range...?
annyways,since haste is now more important then ever ill stick to the 2 set bonus,not even going for more pieces,since 2 pieces in set dont have anny haste at all!

The current 4 set bonus is terrible. I don't know if they plan to change it or not, but currently I won't even be wasting badges to pick up the entry level tier to potentially upgrade later. Just pick up the Vestments of Spruce and Fir for 95 badges and the cloth Haste/Spirit belt for 60 badges. I won't be breaking my 4 set T9 if I can help it, but I luckily have access to ilvl 258 tier and can stick with that. I wish our final tier had as good a set bonus as T8 and T9 did for us, it sucks being the only class/spec with a bad set bonus it seems. Oh well, I guess I can make a ton of gold off of selling saronite once I have those two badge items :P

I just don't see how the 4set bonus is so bad. Every time your rejuv ticks it has a 2% chance of popping a new rejuv on a different target. Six chances per rejvu w/ rapid rejuv ticking faster based on haste? (atm last I checked was every 2.3 seconds with my haste) I'd have to see it in action before I dismissed it based on paper. When I saw the 4set I was really excited. =/

Here is my simple math:
There is a 2% chance that for each tick of rejuvenation you will heal another target for additional 6 ticks. That means, for every tick of rejuvenation you apply, you will get 0.02 x 6 = 0.12 extra ticks. Depending on how the targets of this extra rejuvenation are selected, it can potentially boost your rejuvenation healing by about 12% (or if you prefer, it will save you about 12% mana).
In a typical raid between 30-50% of my healing is from rejuvenation alone. So the bonus could theoretically increase my overall healing between 3.6 - 6%.
Of course the above assumes that the way the bonus rejuvenation targets are picked is similar to the way I pick my own targets, which I like to think is nearly 'optimal'. If the bonus rejuvenation targets are picked completely randomly, the numbers will of course be lower.
Compared to the 4pc T9 bonus, the new bonus is slightly lower. With my current crit rate of about 17%, the T9 4pc bonus increased my rejuvenation by approximately 17%...

The thing that bugs me is that the 2pc bonus set is rather insignificant and won't convince me to give up my 4pc t9; the most logical way to upgrade to 4pc t10 seems like hoarding 310 badges (2x95badges + 2x60badges) and switching 4 pieces of gear at the same time.
That's not a good way to implement gear progression in my opinion (I think it's boring), but on the flipside you won't spend dkp/gp on tier tokens in 25mans for a while giving you a slight edge on other slots.

The most depressing thing about this set is that despite the new haste requirements for the GCD cap being at 814, Blizzard decided to give only two out of five of our tier 10 pieces (pants and gloves) haste. Additionally, on the current loot tables, there is only one helmet, shoulders, or chest piece available in 25-man ICC that has haste (
Shoulders of Frost-Tipped Thorns
) including cloth pieces. Min/max speaking, this leaves us with no choice but to use tier 10 helm, chest, pants, gloves, and these shoulders. What a shame :\

I was pretty put off by the set bonuses at first, but after taking a closer look, I'm pretty well convinced that for raid healing (which druids generally are) these are better than the T9 bonus. On the other hand, if you are a rare druid tank-healer, you may be a little worse off on bonuses. But then 3.3 gave you glyph of rapid rejuv, so quit crying ;)
Two Peice Bonus
Just tested on live, here are my numbers:
2731 spellpower with tier bonus:
851,824,799,772,747,720,694 = 5,407 total
2733 healing no tier bonus:
851,813,776,739,702,664,627 = 5,172 total
To see what exactly it means by "30% less" it means without the bonus, the first tick was 38 less than the previous, but with the bonus it was 27. 27/38 = 70%, and so the loss has been decreased by 30%.
So, total heals are an extra 4.5% on wild growth with similar spellpower. I'd say this is comparable to the T9 2P bonus, an extra 5% chance on nourish, which increased its expected healing value by around 2%, assuming 20% base spell crit rate +
Nature's Bounty
(it's less useful if you have more crit, relatively), though of course T9 came with more Nature's Grace procs, too. However, once you get enough haste NG is less useful, plus with nourish crit rates already so high thanks to Nature's bounty, I think this is a pretty nice trade.
Four Peice Bonus
I haven't tested this on live yet as I have the 2P, but each rejuv tic should have a 2% chance of effectively casting another rejuv. This is a "smart" cast just like wg and chain heal, in that it will target a nearby player with low health. Also, presumably, it will not cast on a player who already has rejuv on them. It will NOT consume the existing rejuv, though it was bugged on the PTR and did then. These numbers also assume the new rejuv will be able to proc as well, which I think is a safe bet.
Therefore with 6 ticks x .02 chance = .12 extra rejuvs. If the new rejuv then can also proc a third rejuv 12% of the time, you end up with about an extra .136 rejuv casts for every cast that you make. This is the same "increased healing done per cast" as someone with the T94P bonus and 27.2% crit chance*. So, depending on your gear and raid buffs, it may be more or less healing overall. However, once again, we have changed from a bonus that increases healing on a single target, likely resulting in overheals, to one that increases healing done to multiple targets, fitting in nicely with our normal role as a raid healer. Of course, crits on your tanks rejuvenation were nice, but I believe glyph of rapid rejuv was meant to pick up the slack there.
One downside of course, is that 88.5% of your rejuv casts will proc zero extra rejuvs (.98^6), and you will need 6 rejuv casts to make it more likely than not that you will get any bonus at all from this set (.98^(6*6)). It also delays the bonus, since it may not proc until a long time after the cast, and then you still have another 3 seconds until the new target gets a rejuv tic, and overall the low proc rate will mean it's not something you can really depend on. The set bonus would therefore likely help more in fights that have slow, constant raid-wide damage, as opposed to those with massive, spiked raid damage. This doesn't really bother me since I tend to use wg+nourish for the latter anyway, rather than rejuv.
Bonus Thoughts - The 4P also would have some nice synergy with the new healer trinket,
Althor's Abacus
as it would mean another 13.6% procs from it on your rejuvs.
Read up on Abacus and it has an ICD of 45 seconds (which makes sense, so its not OP for druids), so at best it might shave a second of your proc time every once in a while.
*Second bonus thought - After reading some comments above, it appears that some people think 20% crit + T9 = 20% better rejuv, since it crits 20% of the time for double damage, right? Wrong! Take another look, you aren't a mage! Your crits only do 1.5x healing, so 20% crit means only 10% more healing on your rejuvs from T94P. In other words, you would do say 2k healing per tick, and 1/5 of the time you will do 3k healing, so on average you are doing 2.2k, or 10% increased healing.
Third bonus thought - again addressing some comments from above - yes the 2p bonus is pretty weak, and you are probably better off with 4pT9 than 2pT10 and 2pT9, but thats not anything new, considering the mediocre T7 and T8 2p bonuses... personally I'll be hoarding emblems until I feel like my healing is a source of problems for the raid, and going straight for 4P if I can. If you aren't 245 geared or better, you may be better off spending frosts on other slots while using triumphs for the 4pT9.

Luckily my druid had a hiatus because my warlock was more needed in raids for ToC, so he didn't wear much T9 at all...which means I don't even have to make a decision to break up tier bonus, and I certainly will not be going out of my way to achieve a T10 bonus at all. If I happen to get a drop from the new VoA boss that should start soon, then so be it, but otherwise I'm stacking anything and everything that has spellpower and haste from ICC. Meanwhile my counterpart (other raiding resto druid) is pretty excited about the tier bonus, so I'll have a great time comparing our output (we're pretty similar healers so it's a decent enough comparison). Since I'll have significantly higher "stats" since I won't be losing gear points to tier, I should have a fine time healing without these bonuses.
If i remember to, I'll check back in and update to how we stand in comparison.
Also, I'm curious if the "jumped" rejuv will be "cast" so it can be parsed properly?

i'm puzzled as to why people seem to think that the 4pc bonus might be triggered on each rejuv tick.
I'm reading "Each time your Rejuvenation spell
heals
a target", the emphasis here being "
heal
" - it doesn't say "
tick
".
So all those calculations we see stating "6 ticks x .02 chance = .12 extra rejuvs" wouldn't actually be .12 extra rejuv, would it?
Until someone can point me to where some blue said it was on tick i think the bonus might be less than what calculations sofar indicate.
Most of my ticks are overheal anyway so i too am wondering about the effective bonus we get from going 4pc

The jump will reach out a whole 40 yards, and ignore LoS. There's no need to worry your heals will only affect the melee dps (should you only use rejuv on tanks).

EDIT: It will also jump to pets (even on overheals).

Rejuvenations created by a Resto Druid's T10 4-Piece Set Bonus will cancel immediately if the target recieves another Rejuvenation from any Druid.

Got 4-pieces bonus and tried it in ICC10 today. Seems to be quite disappointing to me comparing to T9 4-piece bonus.
Why: when I drop rejuv I want to see the target going back to the full health ASAP. Rapid rejuv glyph help to satisfy this goal a lot and 4-set T9 was also a good help here. After the fights I could watch the tangible results in recount.
I agree that it brought some overhealing but hey, HoTs overheal in 80% of cases or so. But T9 4p helped to get the health back faster when it was needed

Watching how T10 4p works I must say that I noticed "jumped" rejuv 3 or 4 times (after 3 hours of raiding) and only 1 time that jump was really useful. I do not want to spam rejuv only to see the bonus working - this will bring even more overheal. I can use it a bit more having in mind it may jump, but not too much - this is after all not a good way of playing.

Was fighting Sindragosa tonight and threw a rejuv on myself and another guy. we were both about to be 'entombed' in ice. After we were turned to ice, someone on the outside acquired a rejuv from one of us in the tombs.
This showed me two things that were cool. one was that someone entombed could pass the rejuv to someone else. the other was that it could happen while i was entombed and unable to cast spells.
