Two types of adds spawning, caster mob, melee mob, when the melee mob dies, it throws the debuff you need in its melee range, stack all 3 of those, and you just need to kill boss before the buff runs out. Currently the hardest achievement of all the 5man heroic achievements.

While our group almost one/two-shotted most of the meta achievements, we had a lot of trouble with this achievement.
The way we made it somewhat 'easier' with our current gear was DPS'ing the boss in P1. He has the -90% damage taken buff, but well it's "only" 90%.
DPS him hard at the pull before he gains
Deflecting Winds
and keep DPS'ing him while the
melee adds
come. Ranged DPS focus
caster adds
any time they're up in P1 while melee stays on the boss (had 1 melee/2 ranged). When the second melee add comes, kill the first one. Then again, DPS boss till you got about 10-15 seconds of the
debuff
left. Then, kill the second melee add. Repeat, boss DPS till 10-15 seconds left on Lightning Charge, kill the last add.
Now it's just a matter of burning the boss within 30 seconds with Bloodlust/cooldowns while using any kind of defensive cooldown to survive the massive party damage your healer will have to deal with. This way you should "just" have to DPS around ~65-70% of his health pool instead of 90%.
Again, this was the hardest achievement so far for our drake and we're in mostly 346 blue gear right now. With raid gear, this achievement will obviously become a lot easier.
//edit: Please note when this comment was posted. This tactic is not even close to the easiest method. It was not known at the time that the last add spawn triggers the next phase. If you attempt to do this achievement, I can only suggest you to read

further down the page and use his tactic - which can also easily be done with 2 healers then for safety.

Only the people with 3 stacks of the debuff will earn this achievement. Just a heads up if you're trying to get it for all five people at once.

Update: Once you engage Siamat, he will throw up a shield that reduces his damage taken by 90%. Throughout the fight, he will alternatively spawn a Servant or Minion one at a time until 3 Servants have spawned At which point he will only spawn minions. When Minions die, they leave behind a floating cloud that will damage anyone who walks through them. Minions also cast chain lightning, which doesn't do much damage on its own but hurts a lot when you have 3 stacks of the debuff. Because of this, Minions should be interrupted and pulled to the edge to minimize the chances of one of your group members accidentally taking unnecessary damage. Ranged DPS is ideal for this as they do not have to move to damage the mob.
Take notes of which Servant spawned when, and have your tank offtank them between Siamat and the edge of the platform. Feel free to dps them down to roughly ~33% as this will make the burn down phase considerably easier. When there is no alternative target to dps, feel free to throw some damage onto Siamat. Even with a 90% damage reduction, you can still easily get him to 80-85% before the third Servant spawns. When the third Servant spawns, the entire group should damage it to roughly 33% before holding off until the next Minion spawns. As soon as that minion is dead and there are no other targets on the platform but Siamant and his 3 Servants, finish off the 3rd Servant and engage Siamat.
Only the 3rd Servant will bring down the shield on Siamat allowing normal dps to resume.
As soon as the shield falls, take note of your debuff duration. The debuff is gained each time a Servant dies, and it increases your damage and haste while also increasing the damage that you take. Your group should then kill one of the remaining Servants when your debuff duration reaches ~5 seconds to ensure that it continues to stack up. It is best to use Lust/Hero/Time Warp halfway between killing the 2nd Servant and the third Servant to ensure you have the buff as long as possible to do the most damage. After the 3rd Servant dies, you should be blowing any saves you can while doing your best to stay alive until Siamat is defeated.
Special notes: This boss does not appear to have an enrage timer. This is also an INDIVIDUAL achievement, and if your healer can not keep up it might be best to limit this to 1-2 group members at a time. With better gear, this achievement becomes significantly easier than it is between a 329-346 average iLvl.

The above strategy can work but can mess a lot of people up with RNG, particularly during the Wailing Winds when the final phase begins. It could be tough to re-stack to kill the last servant and refresh the charge (keep in mind it takes 3-4 seconds for the servant to cast Lightning Charge as well) but if done properly the rest of the fight is a breeze.
Another way to go about it is to whittle down the boss to 60%-65%, kill any remaining ranged minion, then kill the three servants to push the final phase. In ilvl 333-346 gear and with Bloodlust you should be able to down him with just a couple seconds left on Lightning Charge.
Ultimately it comes down to mitigating damage by popping CDs and killing the ranged minions quickly so your healer doesn't go oom and getting a clean burn phase at the end. It also doesn't hurt to pop your CDs at the very beginning to try to push him to sub 90% before his shield is up.

Things to know.
1.
Chill, don't make it harder than it is.
2.
Phase 2 starts when the third melee add dies.
3.
Postpone phase 2 as long as your healers mana allows it. The more damage you can get in on Siamat in phase 1, the easier phase 2 will be.
4.
Bring down one add at a time, then heal up before bringing down the second add.
5.
When phase 2 starts, focus on surviving.

There is one ability that trivializes this achievement completely:
Army of the dead.
EDIT: This has been hotfixed by blizzard. But the intended way has been discovered: Nuke the LAST spawned add first, and siamats shield drops.
Pop army before pull and siamat will just go crazy with the taunts and
will not use Deflecting Winds until the ghouls are down.
You should easily be able to take siamat down to <40% during army.
After that, its just a matter of waiting for the servants to spawn, gather up and kill them, then nuke siamat down. Youll barely even have any clouds from minions.
Hoping that blizz fixes this, as I did it the "intended" way (even took the boss down to 40% before killing the servants). Just posting to prevent scrubs from boasting too much about getting the zomg hard achievement.

We just did it and I have to agree: it's by far the hardest achievement w/ the current gear.
Our Lineup:
Protection Paladin
Heal Paladin
Moonkin Druid
Fire Mage
Assassination Rogue
All with ~346 gear
At first we started up with killing one add after another and me (Rogue) attacking the Boss during Phase1 and the ranged took care of the casteradds (assisting me if no casteradd was alive).
However, I won't go any further into this tactic because it seemed MUCH more difficult than simply extending Phase 1.
If you're interested in this tactic take a look at Ashvael's post.
Tactic:
DPS Boss, use Cooldowns (be lucky that he casts his shield late).
Melee DD damages the Boss while the ranged DDs kill the caster adds from the side, silencing them and making them run to the sides aswell (so the clouds won't be a problem further on). If an add spawned near me I supported with my kick.
The tank tanks all the three melee adds.
If well executed there shouldn't be much group dmg, so make use of your self-healing abilites (Recupturate, Evocation, Bandages, whatever). The Healer should get along with his/her mana, although the tank might get some hard hits from the adds.
We damaged the Boss down to ~50%, so we had all cooldowns ready again and we saw the healer's and caster's mana getting lower.
Important: before gathering at the adds, wait for a wailing wind (those white knockup-zones) to spawn, so it doesn't appear right under the group and all the adds. It's pretty much impossible to see it and if you see it, you would've to spread out again anyway, since the knockup will keep you from getting the lightning charge debuff.
We popped Bloodlust, our drood tranquility and we went for phase2.
As he throws your around, try not to fall off the platform (that's what our mage did in the successful try) and burn him down.
Even though our mage fell down and wasn't that much of help we did it with 0,3seconds left on the debuff timer.
Quite lucky, but it should be fine with one more DD on the plattform ;)
Took us 3 tries with this tactic and we did 2 tries with the (imo) "more difficult one".
Although it might seem like it's a DPS fight at first, I'd say it's rather a matter of "how good can you (and your gear) manage your manapool)" i.e. it should be much easier w/ proper raid gear once you can extend the fight almost infinitely.

Quite an easy achievement after we realised how it was done.
If you kill the last add spawned, the boss engages. This means, you kill the last add, get a buff, the healer heals up so everything is under control, then you kill any of the two remaining adds. That means 20 sec + with 2 stack, and the ability to DPS the boss. When you have some time left on the debuff, kill the last add, and then finally kill the boss.
After we realised this, we had 20 seconds + on the debuff when the boss went down.
You don't even need to damage the boss down at all, just place the clouds in good positions until the third add spawns.

Anyone tried this achieve with 2 healers? Since it has been mentioned he has no enrage timer you could probably dps him to 5-10% then kill the adds, would take a while but should make this achieve easier.

Just did this with DK tank, boomkin, spriest, arms warr and resto shaman. First two attempts we summoned all we could - army, treants, shadowfiend, earth elemental, and the boss shielded himself a few seconds after the engage. Even faster than he does when not using army of the dead.
Third try we didn't use treants and shadowfiend, and DK went in frost presence (he started blood before). So any of these three things can make the boss shield himself even faster than normally.

Appreantly once the Servant of Siamat that was spawned last is killed Siamat drops the shield and engages...
I feel stupid now... and on my million "nukehimovertheshield to 50%" attempts i've allways wondered why does he engage sometimes when we kill an add, never bothered to check out wich one it was, who would think it's relevant =(

Just did this today after:

Our raid composition was:
Discipline Priest(Myself)
Mutilate Rogue
Unholy Death Knight(2h)
Elemental Shaman
Protection Warrior
The strategy we used was:
As each of the Servants would spawn, I would give them a raid icon.
1st. Skull
2nd. X
3rd. Unmarked
We had the elemental shaman solely killing the minions, while the dk and rogue worked on the boss through the 90% shield.
We did NOT delay the 3rd phase at all.
Once all 3 servants were up, we waited for a minion to spawn, then killed it.
After killing that minion, we burned through Skull and X.
Waited for another minion, and then waited a few seconds for me to get the group topped before popping bloodlust and killing the unmarked and final Servant.
At this point it's just a dps race.
You have 30 seconds once the 3rd Servant dies, and at least 8-10 seconds is your group being tossed around.
We completely ignored any minions from this point on, and the boss died with literally under a second remaining on the debuff.
Just a note though, if your group has insane(read: insane) dps, you could just kill the servants as they come, but the boss will need to be killed from nearly 100-0 in roughly 20 seconds.
Also, I have yet to see anyone mention that in order to receive the debuff you must be within melee range of the add when it dies.

I've finally got this achievement tonight, it was the most hard of all in 346 gear...
With my group made by a resto shaman, balance druid(me), dk blood, hunter, fire mage, we tried the following:
If you kill the last add that spawn, the barrier drops so you can dps Asaad and still refresh the debuff 2 times....that would be a viable way if the boss wouldn't make you party jump all over the place while taking aoe damages + waiting for the adds to spawn while killing the ranged add caused the platform to fill with hurricanes.
So we decided to try a dumb strategy and outstand the boss.... I went healer and we healed the damages on the tank and the group while waiting for the 2 dps to take the boss to 50k hp
After that we have killed the melee adds and then the boss :) this strategy takes up to 20 min, but you can't fail this way and your healers can surely keep everyone alive to let everyone take the achievement.
using other methods you would spend at least 6-7 min and if you fail the dps race you spend more than 20 min + because of dps race you may kill the boss while the debuff ends and be unable to attempt it again
tip: if you plan to use the dumb strategy, DON'T kill the ranged adds, when they die an hurricane spawn, they will die of self damages...the more time they take to die, the better it is.
Oh and don't forget that when you kill the 3 melee adds at the same moment, you probably want to leave the last spawned for the last, so the boss won't start aoe the group.

most importan for all who want to make this....
MARK the 3 melee adds and kill the LAST one first - shield will go down and you have 2 adds left for renew of your "debuff"

p1 = (no shield up) we pushed the boss to 88% percent and let all caster adds die by their debuff
pushed him down to ~70% percent when the third melee add spawned, killed this one got the debuff - flying throw the air cause of beginn of p3
our hunter downed the 2 other melee adds , renewed the buff at 10sec 2 go (boss 20% already)
killed the last add got the third debuff and killed the boss
still got 20 sec on the debuff as the add went down
really really easy when you know that the third add will remove the shield

If you are still having problems with this achievement and using a tight group, you could do this 5 times, letting just one person get all 3 stacks every time. This will make it alot easier for the healer. Make sure you kill the last add first tho, so you don't bounce around and have 15 or so seconds left when you kill the boss. And make sure all ads are at at least around 50% hp or less. (The tank can do this alone)
Turtle boss to 70%-ish.
Kill last add - dps the boss untill 10~ seconds left on the debuff
Kill another add - dps the boss untill 10~ seconds left on the debuff
Kill another add and then boss.
Stupidly easy.
We did it this way the second time we did this achievement, because somehow our shadowpriest lost his debuff when we went for it the normal way the day before.

Not so hard of an achievement if you know how to do it. We used to kill all adds at the same time after we burned through his 90% shield. This never worked and it drained the healer his mana pool. So what we did was just let melee attack the boss through his shield while the ranged kills the caster adds on the edge of the platform. When the 3 melee adds are spawned (and tanked btw) everyone hugs up and kills the last spawned add first, this removes his shield. Everyone will get thrown away and after you land the healer heals everything up, you pop all the cooldowns, kill the second add and keep nuking the boss, when you feel safe to kill the third add, do so. Remain stacked up so everyone gets all the debuffs.
Our setup was:
Feral druid tank
Resto druid
Fire mage
Fury warrior
Enhancement shaman

If you do the 2 heals strategy and just burn the boss through the 90% reduction shield be ready for an annoyingly long fight - somewhere between 15 and 20 minutes depending on your gear and dps. We tried any number of kill the adds and burn the boss strategies and finally just ended up 2 healing and burning the shield down to about 400k before killing the three melee adds for the buff and finishing him off. As a resto druid (me) and a holy priest with hunter and lock dps and a pally tank we did manage to finally get this one with minimal mana problems between the two healers. We did kill the minions as they spawned and spent the majority of the fight dancing with hurricanes.

By killing the ranged adds along the edge of the platform, and tanking the boss in phase two at the other end of the platform, can you avoid the boss using Gathering Storm? This would make the achivement very trivial. I havn't had time to try this out myself, and I was hoping someone else might.
Surely, you're not meant to turtle this encounter down, or stacking double healers. So I can't help but to think something has been overlooked.

These achievements are all about getting creative. If using two healers works for you (especially when our gear level is so low), then I don't think there's anything wrong with it.

Our team composition:
1 Warrior Tank
1 Holy pally
1 Resto shaman
1 Elemental Shaman
1 Destruction Warlock
The reason we two healed this achievement is because of the enormous amount of AOE damage the team takes during the final 20 seconds of the fight. We start off with the elemental shaman and the warlock trying to get off some good nukes on the boss before he puts up his sheild on himself. On some good attempts we would get him to 92% health but most attempts we got him to only 94%..the more damage those 2 seconds the better.
From here we have the 2 dps focus on the boss himself and ignore all other adds. We blow heroism right at the beginning because this team composition means a long fight. The warrior tank focused on the 3 servants and kited them around will help of piercing howl and our shamans' grounding totems. We ignored the caster minions the whole time during this phase.
When we DPS the boss until our heroism debuff is gone. You should usually be at around 15-20% health on the boss. At this moment the tank and the two healers collaped together as the 2 dps found the one standing caster minion. The dps quickly killed the caster minion and then nuked down the FIRST or SECOND servant minion (DO not attack the last one, this will engage phase 2 of the fight). We then kill the second servant minion and quickly kill the 3rd. Phase 2 has been activated. As we're being thrown up into the air, we throw all DOT's onto the boss and blow heroism. We then nuked the boss as fast as we could.

I've found out that the talent
Burning Embers
is glitched, and if you cast Soul Fire before Siamat casts his damage reduction shield, it willl deal
full damage
(~1.5k per tick in iLvL 353 gear) for as long as you can keep it up (no matter if via Imp or Soul Fire).
Basically I stood full time on boss, while the Mage and the Shaman killed caster adds and the Warrior kited them around. I'd heal myself completely with Drain Life. The Shammy would help offheal. I solo dps'd down the boss to ~20%, then we burned through the 90% shield with cooldowns up. We were able to get all 5 people the achievement at the same time, with 10s left on the buff.
This is by NO MEANS recommended, but the other strategies posted here were not working for us, so we went the hardcore way. If you're a Warlock doing this achievement, do yourself a favor and go Destro. If you're smart about moving and using Nether Ward at the correct time (which is ALL the time), you'll be able to keep yourself up on Soul Leech procs/Drain Life alone.

Just downed him tonight,
2 people in the group got the achievement, one missed the 3rd stack and the other one was just being gay and didn't stack up for any of the lightning charges. i refused to stack up because i made the mistake of healing in dps gear, so i went oom towards the last few seconds of the lightning charge before the boss kill.
What we had - 2 Healers, Holy Priest (me), a Resto Shaman, Frost DW DK and a ret pally.
After tons of wipes, we realized "We have a crap ton of dps, when we all get 3 stacks, we start dying. so lets swap one dps to heals"
Now, the boss has about 2.4k mil dmg, when we push phase two, he has about 90-95% hp. what we did was Tank and DK dps down the melee adds down to about to 75k hp. After dpsing the add down to 75k they switched off to boss and had about a good 10 seconds (guessing) to dps the boss. Rinse repeat for 2nd add. 3rd add was killed immediately.
We left the Ranged adds all alone, not a single dps was done to these minions.
After killing the 3rd add (which starts p2 while the other 2 adds are still up) we bounce around for a bit. after bouncing we had 15 secs on debuff which we just brought down the 2nd add right away, lusted before the kill. and just hit the boss as hard as possible. We refreshed the lightning charge with the last stack around 3-5 seconds before it would tick off. From here on out, it was just a dps race. Killed siamat with out 0-3 secs on debuff, it was very close. In total we had a good 45 secs of the debuff.
This strat may require a bit of luck, but keep in mind we had a pally that didn't stack up cause he was being gay and thought he was being all noble by not taking any stacks to help with healing, which in fact could have cost us the chance to get the achieve because he did not recieve the dmg done buff.
I chose not to stack up because during phase one when i was at at 80% mana just from refreshing renew on my party for the first time refreshing the hot, i realized i did not have my heal gear (spirit), so i stopped healing and let the resto shammy do his thing in p1 and waited for my mana to get back to full. From there on i just popped everything, when the dmg was coming hard i used GS on the tank, and proceeded to top everyone else off via flash heal + the greater heal with the serenity proc.
Overall, took a little longer than 4 minutes.
Pretty long post, but wanted to be as detailed as possible just in case someone out there decides to use this 2 Heal strat.
P.S - Tank and 2 DPSers need to do just about 700k+ dmg to siamat during p2,

Did this one a few minutes ago :). Nice feeling after 4 hours of progress wiping. Group of two warriors one mage tank DK and me healer resto shaman. All item level 350+-. DK was tanking 3 melees, one warrior and mage was primary killing rangeds (first you need to pull them away for cyclone spawn). One warr was all time on boss, we get boss on 50K hp with shield and no melee add kill, then we just healed to full, aoe melees (they were about 50k hp all 3) and when jumping phase starts, mage shot boss with instant. After 4 hours of progress this is far the most "easy" strategy.

Our group ended up doing it a somewhat different way.
Feral Druid Tank, Mage, Lock, Disc Priest, Resto Shammy (2 Heal, 1 Tank, 2 DPS).
We just whittled the boss down to 10%. We killed the caster adds on the corners to keep them on the outer platform. In between, tank and 2 dps got the boss to 10%. then we just killed all the adds, and zerged the boss.
We did 2 healers to help healer mana since we did it the long way.

Okay, first things first: This is a test of your patience, not your epeen. Do this the slow way. We did this with 5 guys who got Bane/Light of Dawn back when it was relevant, and the fast way was still too unpredictable in a mix of 346 gear and crafted epics.
Setup: Prot Paladin, Holy Paladin, Rogue, Mage, Ele Shaman (me).
1.) Tank picks up melee adds, burns them to <33% so they self-snare. Tank kites adds around platform edges. No one else is to DPS the melee adds, ever -- no cleaves, no AOE, no nothing.
2.) Two DPS stay on the boss at all times, 90% damage reduction and all.
3.) Third DPS needs a ranged interrupt/silence. This ranged DPS has two jobs: First, interrupt/silence the caster adds so tank can move them to the edges; second, burn the caster add down once it's at the edge.
4.) The tank has to help bring caster adds to edges, taunting and dragging them. This is harder than it sounds because pathing on Siamat's platform is bad. (This ties into "never AOE", cause you REALLY don't want a vortex right under Siamat.)
5.) Once the boss is below 100k health, tank brings the adds in. DPS, DON'T AOE OR CLEAVE. The tank, and ONLY the tank, burns the first add down. EVERYONE must group up in melee range of that add, while continuing to do their jobs in steps 2-4 above.
6.) First melee add blows up, then you regroup in melee range of 2nd add. Healer tops party off. Get ranged add under control; tank will probably have to drag it out while kiting the two remaining melee adds. Then, with no ranged add up, tank (ONLY the tank, I cannot emphasize enough) burns 2nd add. EVERYONE stay in melee range of that add, while continuing to do their jobs in steps 2-4 above.
7.) Second melee add blows up, you regroup in melee range of 3rd add. Healer tops you off. Get ranged adds under control (as above, expect dragging). Then, with no ranged add up, tank burns the 3rd add. EVERYONE needs to stay in melee range of that add, while continuing to do their jobs in steps 2-4 above.
8.) Once third melee add dies, bloodlust/time warp and burn the boss. Takes about 5 seconds from 3rd add to achievement spam if you do the other steps correctly.

Here's something to keep in mind with the 2 healer strat: They both have to be
good
for it to work out.
Composition:
Bear Druid
Enhance/"Resto" Shaman
Ret Pally
Destro Lock --> Ele Shaman
Disc Priest (or holy, I think she was disc for mana issues).
After struggling a bit with the early group setup, we decided to try the 2 healer strategy. The enhancement shaman swapped to resto and we hammered at it for a bit like that. The disc priest had to give him some tips on some very basic sounding healing things (IE "This is gonna be a long fight so don't use your big spells" etc) causing me to inspect him. Wearing 277 greens, nothing's gemmed ETC. We still kept going until the wee hours of the morning when the warlock had to leave, causing us to swap him for an ele shaman. We tried it a few more times until it was deemed having the enh shammy healing was doing way more harm than good because by the time our 2 DPS got the boss down to 65-70%, he was totally OOM and the disc priest didn't have the mana left to keep anyone alive through the transition. The shaman is quite good DPS anyways, so we swapped him back to enhance and still tried ignoring adds. No go due to chain lightning plowing 2 melee at a time.
The strat that (sort of) worked was to have me (the bear) and the elemental shaman work on the extra adds and interrupt them so the cloud ends up at the edge of the platform and burn the boss down to about 70%, finish off whatever chain lightning add is up and use the last add spawned to pop P2. The ele shaman popped spiritwalker's grace and threw heals until we could get recombobulated, then plowed lust and we ripped him a new butthole. However AoE killed 2 people and of the 3 that were up, 2 didn't get a stack. This was the first time we got that close and by the time we noticed, he was sub 100k and died to dots so we're going back in another round to finish it off.
Remember, he drops very quickly once you have multiple stacks and a lust up. Keep experimenting, as of right now with 346 loot this is nasty and if you find anything that works, that becomes the "right" way to do it.

There are a lot of great strats listed, so I'll only add a small but important piece of information.
Entangling Roots works on the melee adds.
This can allow you to seriously reduce the load on the healer by rooting an add (or both, as we were lucky enough to have 2 druids) during transition.
We poured hours into this achievement, struggling on the transition, yet got it the first try after finding out roots worked.

So we did the achievement yesterday after trying several different tactics to do it.
We did it in group of prot pally,resto shaman,rogue,mage,warlock in heroic/rep gear
Let me just say that we wanted to do it so everybody gets it instead of spliting it as this was only achievement we were missing for meta (for most of us at least).
First tactic we tried was one mentioned here most of times with last add kiled first. This prolongs phase 2 and makes it much more difficult for healer to keep everybody up with really huge amount of aoe damage.
Second tactic we tried was preparing Siamat to around 70% then kill adds with last as last and kill the boss in around 20s that you have left after stopping bouncing around. It is definitely doable this way but it really does not forgive errors.
Way we did it was that while tank was preparing adds to ~20% people were damaging boss with his shield on and mage was kiting minions to outer rim and killed them there to keep clouds far away from center as possible. After that we killed first add, healed group out and killed last add second. Boss takes his shield away and you start flying around. Immediately when we stopped bouncing around we killed remaining add and just focused on boss. We did it even when one dps died with around 10s left on debuff. This way gives you more time then killing last add last, because you dont fly around in zerg phase but also makes it little easier for healer.

Just did it this morning, like previous comments stated two healers do make this alot easier.
Our setup:
Protection Warrior
Resto Druid
Holy Paladin
2 Fire Mages
Our gear was as good as full 346 with a few 359 pieces in it. As read in previous posts once the last add spawned add dies, the boss drops his shield.
The way we did it was spread out: One mage one the left side on the boss, one on the right side of the boss. In between the boss and a mage would be one of the healers and I (tank) would be on the melee adds. Because we're spread out, the chain lightning does not hit hard at all so we just ignored the casters (after 15 seconds they die from their debuff anyway).
On previous attempts we tried nuking (with other group set ups tho) like suggested in other posts. This did not work out for us as we just had too many clouds and too many damage going on. As we had two great healers, we decided to go for the 'long version' of the fight.
Because of the gear and healing experience, our healers did not drop below 90% during the entire fight. I picked up the melee adds and brought them to 50k health (single target dps). The mages took the boss to 20k hp (they just nuked the shield), I was standing on a distance from the boss (on the edge from where you engage him if you use the cyclone that spawns after the third boss dies). I had a healer and mage left and right of me. I marked the first spawned add with a star, the second with a circle, the last one with a cross (of course, other marks will do just fine as well, just make sure everyone knows in what order to kill them).
When the boss hit 20k hp, we all stacked up. The spawned clouds were all in the middle and around the position of the mages. The edge I was standing on was cloud free. We killed the star first, druid popped tree form and when the add died we were still as good as full health. We then killed the circle and healed up again. Last we killed the cross and the boss dropped his shield. At this point we just used 2-3 instant attacks (i.e. Heroic Throw, Fire Blast, you fill it in). With the extra damage from the 3 stacks and the boss being on just 20k health, he dropped before he even threw us in the air. We had 28 seconds left on the debuff. The fight lasted 18 minutes.
I am not stating this is the best way of doing it, but we knew our healers were capable of lasting that long. It's also worth mentioning the clouds should not be stand in, so dps and healers have to move, however they do not kill you if you don't have the debuff. We one shot this achievement using this group setup and tactic and did not have any problems with it; it was one of the easiest achievements we earned. If you're going to try it this way, I recommend not to take any melee dps, as a lot of the clouds will stack up in the middle and they will not be able to dps a lot.

Did this achievement today. Group makeup was as follows:
2 Healers - Resto Shaman & Holy Priest
1 Tank - Prot Paladin
2 Dps - Desto Lock & Fury Warrior
They method that worked for us was to burn thru the shield. I as the tank picked up the 3 melee adds and took my time to dps them all down to around 10-15% then kited them around. DPS attacked the boss and killed caster adds once i had pulled them to the outside edge. You dont want to kill them in the middle because by the time youre done this there will be storms all over the place. It took about 10-11 mins to burn him down to 10% with his shield up. Having a Destro Lock really helps because of the bugged talent they have. Read above for more info on that. When boss hit 10% we Lusted aoed down the adds and burnt the boss down which took about 10-15 seconds. The Warlock only got 2 stacks and didnt get it because of being bounced around but everyone else did. Going to do it again tomorrow for the lock.
All and all this was super easy. Both healers where at full mana at the end of the fight so im pretty sure any good healer could solo heal this. Its very controlled and very easy in even low end gear. I concidered this the hardest 5 man achievement until i tryed this method. Dosnt seem so hard anymore.

Just got this achiev after many hours and hours of wiping and trying many group comps. Finally went the easy long way of using 2 healers, but you must have two specific types of healers. You really must have a geared resto druid & a geared holy pally. Any other combination of healers probably wont work as we found out. Priests really suck and shammys dont have the CDs to keep people alive during the bouncy phase.

Our strat: Rogue & hunter on boss always. Tank kites the adds around, and healers take turns healing stay near full mana. Ignore all minions that spawn away from the boss. Any minion that spawns near the boss have the rogue kick to interupt and drag the minion away from the boss. Once the minion is away from the boss ignore him, and rogue goes back to dps boss. Do this until boss is less than 10% health. Takes around ~15 min or so. Once boss is at around 10%, kill the first 2 adds, heal up, and stack in the middle. Kill the 3rd add which triggers phase 2. Get bounced around and have healer pop tree of life and tranq and now its all up to the hunter. While hunter is getting bounced around have him dps's boss from 10% to 0 while everyone is getting bounced around. The rogue didn't even help at this point b/c he couldnt get into melee range b/c of being bounced around, it was all hunter at this point and it was still plenty of dps to drop the boss's last 10% health in time to get the achiev.
You're going to have a ton of green tornado clouds on the ground but if the rogue does his job right, most if not all of them should be on the outside ring. On our successful attempt, we had almost all green clouds (about 30-40) on the outside ring, and only 1 near the boss. This was pretty much key. Trick is for no one ever to dps the minion, or put any aoe down anywhere, and have the rogue be patient. If the first kick doesn't move him far enough, just chill and wait and dont even attack. Wait for kick to come off CD and try again. Just to note, you must interrupt a spell to get them to move, just kicking and not interrupting them does nothing. Once you move them to the outside ring ignore them, and they WILL stay there as long as no one is attacking them. Then they die automatically to the bosses room aoe and drop their cloud on the outside ring where it needs to be. Also just to note, a new minion will not spawn until the one before it dies. So leaving them alive as long as possible is a good strategy with 2 healers b/c the chain lightning dmg doesn't matter.
Our healers were both geared and good players, so they were both at near full mana when we triggered the bouncey phase. However we went through many bad healers before we got to this part. We tried this same 2 healer strat with priest/shammys, and other bad combinations which caused both healers to be oom by the time we triggered the bouncey phase resulting in wiping after long 15 min attempts. Do yourself a favor and dont even try without at least a geared resto druid & one other great healer. We found holy pally to be the best match with the resto druid.
Yes we did it without BL and it wasn't needed. Hunter still took down the bosses last 10% health by himself.
Everyone must do their job perfectly or you're not going to get this achiev, simple as that.

Biggest advice I can give as a tank is to make sure you have enough threat on Siamat just before his bubble bursts. If your tanking the adds chances are DPS has loads of threat on him when the bubble bursts, causing them to die pretty quick.
Both times I have done this achievement has been in the same manner, tank the 3 melee adds lowering thier HP myself. Once all 3 are together begin to gain threat on Siamat, leave DPS to kill the third spawned add providing threat is fine.
Bubble bursts, we all scream about how close to the edge we are etc. Bring adds back together but continue to TPS on Siamat, since threat is a non issue on adds at that point. Second add goes down, Siamat gets nuked, third add dies, boss dies shortly after.

not TOO bad. We had a 2 heal/2 dps/tank setup though. Weaken all three to ~10%, kill the third (we just had our tank kill them so DPS could focus on boss), get bounced around like crazy (you'll barely have time to damage him). After the first time you won't get bounced around, making it much easier to dps him down. Save your CDs for after the second one dies, because from there you're home free. Nature resist probably helped a lot, so hunters use aspect of the wild for this.

Easiest way we found was to burn him to 3%, kill the first two servants, heal up, DOT up the boss, kill the 3rd servant, and spam instant attacks to finish the boss. Took us 12 minutes to get him to 3%, but once the shield dropped, he died in under 3 seconds.
2 healers, 1 Tank, 2 DPS (SV Hunter/Rogue)

We did it like this:
1 Druid tank

Boss was brought down on HP until all 3 adds where up. Then we killed the last add first. After ~28seconds we killed the last two. And zerged down the boss. So the tank and the 2 DPS did damage while the healers where spamming like crazy.
The only player that did not get the debuff was the priest, the rest got it.

Just did it today after wiping for a few hours the last few nights
here is what we did right for our successful attempt
dont get to greedy, try to get it for 3 max players, and then come back the next night for more.
2 heals, 2 10k (10k with no CDs, no lust, just straight up 10k base single target) dps and 1 5-6k tank is more than enough.
have one of the of the dps kill the range adds, preferrable intteruptin them and pulling out to sides, as you will want a clear landing area for P2.
then go back and help the other dps on the boss(yes while the shield is up!)
Tank(me):tank the melee adds on top of the boss, and use cleaving attacks to bring both of the first 2 adds to 20-25%, if you get them both down to 20% and the 3rd isnt up yet, then swap to single target on the boss, every % of dmg you get through the shield helps tons!
when the 3rd add is up, everyone swaps to it, dps down to 20%,then wait, yes wait
wait for vortex(while circle) to come and go, then stack on top of the boss!,
one of our biggest issues was killing the 3rd add, but having the wailing winds the boss does know 1 or 2 players off the roof, popping the 3rd add on top of the boss gives you the lowest chances of this happening.
wailing winds will last ~15-20 secs, so dont even worry about dpsing the boss yet, procceed to kill the 2nd add right away and stack.
Now pop lust/CDs etc, and dps boss until 12-15 secs left, then kill the last add, stack it
finish off the boss.

Very tough achievement. We felt it was the hardest achievement in the series. Our group tried several unsuccessful strategies. In the end, we used two healers, and managed to get it done.

Restoration Druid
Enhancement Shaman
Arcane Mage
The hardest part is the transition into P2, if you are not fully healed, or near it, you will die in the air. I recommend getting everyone their 3 stacks as soon as possible. Our group went from wiping every time, without getting a single successful stack on the group, to actually completing the achievement, with the entire party getting it at the same time.
It took everything we had to get the boss down with only two DPS, but the healers were both able to help, and the tank was also pulling decent DPS.

Things to note before fight.
*Shaman should drop resistance totem for nature resistance (or healing totem w/glyph)
*Green clouds are created after caster adds die (either by damage or on their own after 10-15s) and do not disappear. These clouds DO move slowly, so they can drift into the middle of the platform. Standing in them does serious damage (~6-10k per second) and can easily cause a wipe.
*White clouds are created by melee adds and act like a cyclone (sending players up in the air when they go off). Simply move away from them.
*Mark first melee add with star, second with X and third with Skull (Done by Tank).
*Debuff from melee adds increases damage taken (33% at 1 stack), increases damage done, and increases haste. It can only be obtained if you are within melee range when they die.
*Players should be in full heroic gear with mixed epics - or extremely versed with their class.
Phase 1
: Tank picks up melee adds and brings them all to ~20% hp. During this, shadow priest and shaman are dpsing through bosses shield. Fury warrior is interrupting caster adds and bringing them to the edges of the platform. Boss should be around 75-85% by time all 3 melee adds are at 20%. When all are 20%, tank calls out for people to stack on adds and the 3rd add to spawn. When this is called out, healer should get everyone topped off, and tanks should cast any sort of DR to minimize damage taken until healer is able to cast again.
Phase 2
: As soon as our healer landed he casted all of his aoe healing (Tree of life, tranquility, healing rain, even paladins holy radiance) to get the group up fast, if you survive the first 6-7 seconds of this phase you should be golden. Tanks should cast any remaining DR abilities they have (Guardian of Ancient Kings, Shield Wall, etc) By the time you are done being tossed around your debuff will have about 10-15s left, so you need to start killing X fairly fast. Once X dies the rest of the fight should be cake. Kill Star when your debuff (refreshed from killing X) has about 5-6s left then burn the boss. We were able to do 1.7mil damage in 25s with debuff so don't let it be a deterrent with only 20-30s to finish the boss off with entire group at 50%+ hp. However, only two of us got achievement due to avoiding both types of clouds.

I feel you definitely need at least one ranged for the 2 healer method. After a while it becomes increasingly harder for melee to get to the boss without treading on the green whirlwinds. Towards the end our dps warrior was out of action as he couldn't get to the boss. Also the advantage of ranged is in P2 when he ping pongs you around you can still dps the boss and kill him. P2 as has been said is the most difficult bit as it's easy to die while being bounced around.

Some general mechanics information:
Phase two is triggered by the death of the final Servant to spawn, irrespective of the state of
any
other add or of Siamat himself.
The debuff you need is gained from being in melee range of the Servants at the moment of their death. It lasts around 20 seconds, and like all debuffs, is refreshed to its full duration when another stack is applied (this is key, because it allows you to effectively triple the amount of time you have available to kill siamat).
Minions (as opposed to Servants) will continue to spawn, and are incredibly deadly with several stacks of the debuff, but killing them will take precious time. Anyone who can lock them out should do so. You're only going to get two maximum before your stacks fall off anyway, so a handful of wind shears will do most of your work for you.
Survival cooldowns for all party members are a must. Barkskin, Divine Protection, Shamanistic Rage, etc., should all be blown.
Even though not everyone has to get the achievement, and you can have some people not get the debuff to reduce incoming damage, that does make it harder to kill Siamat in time. In addition to a stacking 30% increase in damage taken, there is also a stacking 10% increase to both damage done and haste rating. Try to find a balance between what your healer can manage and what your DPS can manage. It's all well and good to make your group easy to heal by getting the achievement one person at a time, but if you try that you're very likely to not kill him fast enough.

Start off by DPSing the boss hard,
ignore minions
, tank the servants and weaken them. Why ignore minions? Their chain lightening does minimal dmg, and the green things they spawn after they die do A LOT more dmg. Let the boss kill the minions slowly on his own.
Kill 3rd servant first -
try to stay in the middle near the boss away from green storms.
This is so nobody will take unnecessary damage and/or get knocked off. The boss should be around 75% hp at this time if your 2 DPS are capable of doing 10k+.
Shield comes down, get bounced around -
a lot of luck involved in this
- sometimes you get knocked around high and far, sometimes you bounce around just a little bit. And this is the time to pop all your CDs to mitigate damage. I'm a warlock so I used netherward. Bouncing around takes like 15 seconds, so gather up and kill the 2nd servant.
For the next 25 seconds, dps the boss hard. As the debuff is about to expire, kill the last add.
If you've gotten this far, you pretty much have it. Keep using your damage mitigating abilities to help out the healers as you DPS the boss. Congratulations, you got the achievement.
PS: make it so that 2-3 people will get the achievement each time.

This tactic takes like 12min to down the boss
We did this with 2 healers 1 tank and 2 dps.
Start the fight by dpsing normaly and killing RANGE adds.
When the meele spawn, the tank just pick em up and keep hitting the boss
When all 3 meele adds spawnd the tank can dps em down to 10-15% while dps is still on boss.
Now the boring starts when you dps the boss with the 90% reduction. Safe but boring.
When boss goes to 10% you start hugging one of the meele adds killing it. Heal up the party and do it again untill u have 3 stacks.
The boss gets loose and starts throwing you now but you should have time to dps the last 10% easily

A fire mage is ideal for this, Combustion won't be effected by the damage reduction, so pull witha pyro, and pray its a good crit and combust before he can get his shield up. Found that this helped get siamat down a good 80%

Easily the hardest achievement for the Glory of the Cataclysm Hero as the boss fight has changed as per patch 4.06. Although I could not find anything in the patch notes indicating a change to Lost City of Tol'vir besides the Lockmaw bug hotfix, multiple attempts of this achievement made it certain that the fight has changed.
Previously in 4.03 Siamat would drop his shield and then cast Wailing winds once the first Servant add is killed.
This meant that you could simply stack all 3 Melee Servant of Siamat adds, kill one add to lower the shield and then kill the adds to refresh the debuff.
However, my group noted a change as we tried to run some guildmates through it tonight. Siamat does not drop his shield and wailing winds until all 3 servant adds are killed.
Regardless of the order you kill the adds in, you still will only have 30 seconds remaining once Siamat drops his shield.
As soon as his shield drops, the knockback begins.
The knockback lasts approximately 15 seconds which leaves you with 15 seconds to actually kill the boss to get the achievement.
OUR STRATEGY:
We brought the boss down to 800k before killing our servant adds. We had our tank kite the 3 servant adds around the platform until the DPS had brought the boss down, stacked in the middle, killed all 3 adds in succession and then burnt the remaining 800k in 10 seconds with offensive cooldowns and blood lust.

A mix of entry level raid gear, Rep epics, Crafted BoEs and 346 Heroic gear.
Fight lasted around 9 minutes. Use of 2 minute CDs are encouraged throughout the fight.
Warrior tank POV.
We used raid food buffs +90sta/+90 and I drank a steelskin flask before the fight.
Had our shaman using glyphed healing stream totem for nature resistance.
Remind your paladin healer not to bubble to avoid Wailing winds as they will lose the debuff -_-;;.

Fight Strategy
As soon as the fight began the warriors charged in and started burning the boss in the window before he shields. We managed to take him down ~200k before his shield went up. As soon as the first Servant spawned, I picked it up and started kiting it around the platform.
We had our two melee dps alternate between the Boss and the Minion of Siamat ranged adds as they spawned. Our biggest issue was running out of room due to the Green debuff that the minions leave once they are killed.
In order to free up space in the middle of the platform, we would have our DPS interrupt chain lightning (wind shear or pummel) and then kite the add to the edge of the platform. This was to keep the middle area free of the storm when we stacked for the Lightning Charge Debuff (+100% damage taken).
Once the boss reached 800k, we waited until a Minion spawned, killed it, stacked in middle and burnt the 3 Servants. Marking the adds in a kill order avoids confusion.
Wailing winds knockback for 15 seconds, use whatever you can to stay on the platform. We used Charge, Intercept, Heroic Leap, Rocket Boots, etc.
Pop your "IWIN macro" and Lust, Burn Siamat and rejoice at your new achievement.
I swapped to Zerker stance and popped recklessness. Our Warrior did Reck/DeathWish/Impatience of Youth, our Resto went Tree form and spammed Wrath/Moonfire.
We finished this achivement with 5 seconds to spare. Bringing the boss lower than 800k might work depending on how comfortable your healers are with the fight.

Tanking/Warrior Tank
As a warrior tank I found it useful to keep thunderclap and demoshout up on the Servants at all times as 90% of the damage i took was from them. I began the fight by using Shieldwall and then alternating with Last Stand + Enraged Regen combo. Shield Block was used on CD. I also brought along Mirror of Broken Images which was used on cooldown. I had Siamat on focus so that once he aimed at me I would pop Spell Reflection (Talented) for +60 rage and some mitigation throughout the fight. The platform soon became covered in the storm left by Minions which became the primary source of damage. Using Heroic leap on CD helped to avoid moving through the storms while kiting.

Hello guys,
We tried quite a few of the ways listed here with no luck. We found this way much faster for re-attempts, trying it the "12 minute" way was just too draining, time consuming, and demoralizing when one thing did not go right. Our group comp was the following:
Prot War
Destro Warlock
Enchance Shaman
Resto Druid
Disc Priest
We attempted a burn with one healer and myself as moonkin, but there is just too much damage going around. The Boss is extremely low hp / squishy so we decided to 2 heal it and just use 2 dps to burn him down. We did a little bit of damage at the start and by the time we started killing the adds, the boss was at 85%.
(Be sure to kill the caster adds if there is one alive before phase 2)
Killing the "Third Add" does indeed start phase 2 where you get knocked around, it took us a few tries to avoid falling off the platform. The tank was responsible for getting all 3 adds around 10% life during phase 1. After we got bounced around we grouped up and burned the other 2 for a 3 stack and then popped Heroism/Bloodlust and just nuked the boss.
Tip for resto druids is to pop ToL and roll lifebloom on every person right before the "Third Add" dies and starts phase 2. Have everyone pop potions and use a healthstone if available, this will help immensely. Pop tranquility as well.
Note our gear level is just in a few purples and heroic gear, nothing super fancy. We killed him with about 5 seconds to spare. Good luck!

Being raid ready and having a good amount of epics, this achieve still sucks... a lot
It seems like theres luck involved. for example, his Deflecting Winds. He usually puts it up at around 6 seconds into the pull, but he can do it earlier/ later. When we downed him, we had the shield take almost 8-10 seconds before going up.
Also, after downing add #3, the winds would sometimes knock us off. We were in the midle of the platform, and were still knocked off.
This is kind of cheap. That means he can knock half of your group off as well as putting up the shield early, while another group can get their shield late and barely be moved by the winds.
Just keep going headstrong and hope i guess...

This achievement is laughably easy with a high-dps group but it requires luck in two factors:
You have to be lucky with his initial shield, that he puts it up as late as possible so you can burn him down to 90% in the first 8 seconds.
You have to be lucky on his knockback winds. Because if more than one are knocked down from the platform the achievement will fail - you will need all the DPS you can muster.
Get Siamat to 85% (let 2 dps always kill the caster add quickly). From 85% to 75% - reduce the HP of the first add to about the half. During the fight, mark the Servants with anything but a skull (put skull on the 3rd add).
When the 3rd add spawns - kill it. You will get the first stack of the Charge.
Now is the tricky part. Then try to stay at the platform! Use only instant spells if you're a caster. As soon as the knockback session is over - Bloodlust/Time Warp and burn him down. You will have +15% extra damage so the boss will be down in like 15-18 seconds and you'll have the achievement.
If done right you can have the achievement within 3 minutes!

After trying this a couple times my group decided to just take him down as low as possible and place the clouds at the end of the platform, instead of killing the adds at 50% or so. I was healing this as a resto shaman, and using Figurine - Dream Owl and Tyrande's Favorite Doll on cooldown while refreshing mana shield when needed I was able to stay at 90-100% mana the entire fight while spamming healing wave on whoever needed.
We took him down to 200k hp, stacked up and killed the adds. He wasn't even finished bouncing us around twice before he was dead and everyone in the group got the achievement.
I recommend a resto shaman if you can find to use Spiritwalker's Grace right before he knocks you around to make this a little easier since the damage is heavier with all three debuffs on you and your party.

THIS IS THE DPS BURN METHOD
by far the toughest achievement in cata heroic dungeons set...
group makeup:
druid
shaman
mage
pally healer
pally tank
ph1(of achievement):
druid assingments - burn the minions (chain lightning guys) as soon as they pop
shaman & mage assignments - burn boss (even though 90% shield is up this helps)
pally tank assignments - tank boss and servents (big dudes) while dps'ing the servents to approx 30% health
pally healer - keep everyone alive
it is very important during this phase that everyone avoids the storm clouds and the white dust (that blows people in melee range into the air.. it hurts!)
you keeping going on ph1 until all 3 servants spawn: i marked the first circle, the second x, and the third skull
as soon as the 3rd add spawns phase 2 begins
ph2(of achievement):
EVERYONE must be grouped together to get the debuff so collapse onto the tank and stay collapsed until the boss is dead
druid - keeps an eye minion spawns and nukes when up
shaman & mage - kill skull as soon as he spawns
tank - same as above
healer - same as above
its important to note that the skull (third servant that spawns) must die first because this drops his shield
then everyone gets tossed around and must survive so blow defensive cd's
after being tossed around re-collapse onto the tank ASAP and kill the add marked X (this is about 13 seconds left on the debuff and refreshes it therefore causing 2 stacks)
our group then proceeded to nuke circle (giving the third and final stack of debuff), blow cooldowns, and dps race the boss until he was dead
NOTES:
its very healing intensive this way and midway the druid popped innervate to ensure the pally healer had mana (big heals eat up alot of mana)
also, pally tank blew all shield cooldowns to keep alive (duh!)
side note:
although we had a shaman and a mage, neither blew lust or time warp (which they should have and were told too.. maybe in the chaos of the fight they forgot)
EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDNT YOU SHOULD!

My two cents on how we did this achievement. Our Group compesistion was different several times we did this but the idea was the same in all cases.
We found that several times when everyone in the group needed the achievement that we would die due to healing issues so as we had 2 great dps we decided to 2 heal it.
Have both dps burn c/d's and dps the boss. there c/d's should be back up by the time you move into phase 2
Tank the melee adds and ignore the caster ones they just end up despawning. Mark the adds as the come out square, X than skull.
Have your tank dps the adds tell square and x are at about 40% than have all people stack on the tank and kill skull.
This is were the healing intense part comes in. Once skull dies have your dps dot up the boss as they are thrown around and start making there way back to the tank he should be in the center. Your debuffs should be getting near 15 seconds and you must kill X at around 8-10 seconds. Blow lust or time warp pop cd's and start burning the boss again. When the debuff reaches 8-10 seconds again make sure you are stacked and kill square than start back on the boss again.
If both dps can do about 12-14k burst damage you shouldn't have a problem killing the boss.

I finally got this achievement today. Here's exactly what we did to get everyone in the group the achievement at once:
Group composition was:
Druid Tank (me)
Fire Mage
Enhance Shaman
Resto Druid
Resto Shaman
Strategy:
*Burn boss as fast as possible at the very start of the fight before he puts up his shield. It is not a deal breaker, but helps.
*DPS stays on the boss, ignoring all adds.
*The Minions will despawn on their own, leaving a green swirly on the ground that everyone should avoid.
*When the first Servant spawns, it is picked up by the tank, marked with a Star, and tank dps's it down to 120k.
*When the second Servant spawns, it is picked up by the tank, marked with a Diamond, and tank dps's it down to 120k.
*When the third Servant spawns, it is picked up by the tank, marked with a Circle, and tank dps's it down to 120k.
*Once all three Servants are at 120k HP, stop all dps on them.
*At this point, the tank should focus on interrupting as many of the Servants' Lightning Charges as possible to minimize damage, and stay out of the white swirly on the ground that the Servants create randomly.
*Burn boss down to 1 mil HP. Our healers stayed nearly full mana the entire time (Mana tide, etc.)
*Once the boss is down to 1 million HP, several things need to happen... everyone should stack on the tank... the tank needs to start attacking Siamat and taunt him, remembering not to use any AE attacks so as not to accidentally kill a Servant... the resto druid should shift into Tree of Life and put lifeblooms and Rejuvenation on everyone... then everyone stacks on the Circle and kills it... this starts phase 2, so everyone should use any defensive cooldowns they have at this point (Barkskin, Survival Instincts, iceblock, shamanistic rage, etc.)
*As soon as the bounce effect is over a lot of things need to happen again in short sequence... the resto druid should cast Tranquility... group up, and dps boss a bit while debuff drops to around 10s... now everyone should stack on diamond and kill it before the debuff drops (Tank, move star to druid so he can continue casting tranquility if needed)... pop heroism or timewarp immediately... the heals are really pouring out at this point... everyone is taking large amounts of dmg... so dmg needs to pour out as well... keep hots and aoe heals going... after star dies, dps should immediately switch to the boss and dps him down until the debuff is down around 10s again... then everyone should stack on Star and kill it fast... keep spamming aoe heals, defensive cooldowns are wearing off, it is imperitive no mistakes are made at this point... BURN THE BOSS
We did it with 3s left to spare and we were all quite happy/relieved to have accomplished it.

Protip: AMS is not your friend. Stacks of the debuff will not go through, and no, a GM will not help you. Your friends won't be thrilled at the prospect of having to do it again for you either.

We tried many strats for this achievement such as one healer, 20 minutes attempts dps'ing boss through shield, different add kill order, but here's how we did it two nights ago with 5 people going for achievement at the same time.
Group:
Prot Pally
SV Hunter
Elem Shaman
Resto Shaman
Holy Priest
We had our pally tank the melee adds when they spawn, marking each one so we remember their spawn order. Our hunter was on boss the whole time, while the elem shaman is on boss/range adds. Just the pally tank alone was enough to dps the melee adds down to a point (25%-30%) where we can kill the adds extremely fast during the next phase.
When all 3 adds are around 25%, we waited until the range add is dead, and proceeded to stack and kill the THIRD melee add. The boss was probably in the range of 80-90%, since only the hunter and occasionally the shaman was on the boss. We made sure our healers topped every off before the add is down, at this point, the group gets tossed around, and a range add spawned during all of this.
After getting thrown around, we stacked on the second add. Since hunter has a deadzone, we had him dps the range add, while our elem shaman dps the melee add. At this point, the boss will do massive amount of aoe damage, and the success of this achievement will depend on the healers. After downing the 2nd add, both of our dps switched to boss, and dps'ed the boss until around 10-15 seconds were left on the debuff stack. We proceeded to kill the final add, then pop lust, and burn boss.
We managed to get the achievement with 0-1 seconds left on the debuff. It was extremely tight given we had some good dps. Our shaman died just after the third add was down, luckily for us he anhked or else we would not have gotten the achieve.
Our group was in heroic/crafted epics/rep epics with the exception of the resto shaman who was more geared.

After doing the normal way for this ach and wiping like 4 times after killing the second add usually we decided to do a safe mode version.
The tank gets the 3 melee adds,and the dps "nuke" boss until something like 200k hp..All gather to tank kill the 1st, then 2ond, then 3rd and boss died from dots after 3rd add was down,while we were still in the air ,without noone from us to die. Well its safe mode but also takes something like 12min...The green storms weren't a problem.
Also at start to win some time,4 stay down,1 pulls,jumps down and the boss resets.All go up where the boss spawns and u got like 8seconds to dps him without having his shield.GL

I've been having a lot of trouble with this achievement. As a tank, I've been picking up the 3 melee adds an holding them, while the dps burns the caster adds. However, every single time, the 3 adds die instantly on phase 2, and there is no buff at all. Anyone else experiencing this? This is one of the last few achievements I need for the drake, too.

I tried this achievement a couple days ago with no luck at all. For some reason I kept getting 1 shot in the last phase.
We kill 3rd add. We get bounced around. We kill second add. Boss gets his AoE Lightning Spell off, I die. Happened 3 times, and we gave up.

All five of us in the party got this last night. Used the common last-servant-first method to push his phase. As a moonkin, I Lunar Shower Sunfire-spammed Siamat nonstop until a minion spawned, and quickly burned them down. At the phase shift, I provided support heals for about 10-12 seconds (Rejuvs on everyone, Lifebloom stack on tank, Tranquility as we landed) and immediately went back to moonkin, on Siamat. Siamat was already down to around 70% by this point. As the second add died, we pulled out all the stops. Our AoE/cleaves killed the third add for us, and at that point, Siamat was under 10%.
Took us 4 or 5 attempts, with the wipes being completely unavoidable (i.e. healer bounced off the platform, successive lightning strikes on tank during bounce, etc.) Shaman healer, he did an incredible job. I've healed this achievement for only three people before (my typical role in raids/dungeons) and it was intense.

Just thought would post saying how we did this achievement last night.
Our setup was;
DK Tank
Resto Druid
Shadow Priest (Me)
Fire Mage
Mage (Cant remember his spec)
Resto druid had HC Raiding gear so was able to solo heal this, tank kited the servants when they spawned, marked them up. We dps'd boss to around 1.2m HP and then killed the last add pushing into P2, dpsd the boss a bit more, stacked up again and killed the last 2 adds, mage popped Time Warp and we just nuked boss as healer kept us topped up.
Managed to one shot it as well which was nice.
Typing it out, it sounds a lot easier than it is, but you need pretty good coordination and well geared people for it.
Good luck to anyone trying to get this and enjoy the drake when you get it, I certainly am! (It looks awesome in shadow form!)

By far the easiest (albeit the most time consuming) method we used out of the three times I've had to get this achievement, was the method of burning his shield. The problem is that people are running out of mana due to a lot of damage going around, however our Shammy healer stated that it was easy to heal through. To reiterate, here's what we did exactly:
1) Normal group build-- 3 dps, 1 tank, 1 healer (350 ilvl). It definitely requires a decently geared group. We had a mage or shaman for time-warp or heroism in all cases, and at least 1 if not 2 ranged dps. All dps were 12k+ avg dps on most heroic bosses.
2) We planned ahead, deciding that the tank would mark the purple melee adds in the order they spawned as , , . That would be the kill order when the time came. (this is where the methods differ).
3) We ran in together and face pulled the boss, blowing CDs immediately (including time-warp), which gave us a few seconds to blast down his health before the shield went up. Every second of this is 2 minutes with the shield up.
4) We began to burn his health down through the shield, blowing CDs as they came up. We killed the gray caster adds as close to the edge as possible to prevent damage from storms.
5) As the melee adds spawned, the tank picked them up, marked them accordingly, and tanked them away from the group. He slowly brought them down to ~20% health.
---Slow Method---
6) We Nuked through the shield (-90% damage) for around 8 minutes, until we got him down to 100K HP, and started working on the adds. We killed skull first, then cross, then square, stacking on the tank for the debuff, so that after square died, Siamat's shield went down.
7) The tank quickly taunted him to prevent us from getting killed, and then we nuked him and we were able to kill him in seconds without much damage. In fact, we killed him before we stopped bouncing. Everyone in the group got the achievement (after 2 attempts). Healing was intense when all three melee adds were up, however with the casters going down fast, it wasn't much of a problem.
---Fast method--
6) We nuked through the shield for around 4 minutes until we reached something around 40%, then started on the adds. This time, we killed Square first (starting in reverse order from how they spawned), triggering the shield to drop. It took just long enough to drop that we were able to take the debuff.
7) Tank taunted boss quickly to reduce group damage. We were able to range nuke him during the bounce and get back just in time to kill Cross, and obtain the second stack of the debuff. We burned the boss for another 15 seconds, and killed Skull and obtained the final stack. This is where it got sticky. We wiped once from too much damage, and twice from not killing him before the stack wore off. BE READY TO STOP ALL DAMAGE AND WIPE IN A SECOND'S NOTICE. You'll need to save a second or third round of CDs for this point and save time-warp/heroism for this part as well.

9) PROFIT!
Another, faster method was to burn the boss only before the shield goes up and between each add using the order of reverse of spawn order (not trying to burn through shield at all), but this requires a lot of dps and probably won't happen with most uncoordinated groups. VOIP communication was crucial for this achievement. I would say this was by far the most demanding of all the Cata glory achievements.

Quite easy if you are doing it with people who can follow instructions. Its probably mentioned above but I'll post my success.

The ranged DPS will get the lessor minions when they spawn. Tank will grab all 3 adds. Melee would be on the boss at all times, and ranged would switch from minor adds to boss until the 3rd add is out.
We killed the 3rd add first to initiate phase 2.
Popped Timewarp
10 seconds of DPSing the boss
Kill second and first add.
Then pop every cooldown on the boss. We had 16 seconds to spare.
Results may vary and you may have to wait 15-20 seconds before killing another if your dps isn't good enough. Most of us were 359.

This achievement is a complete DPS race. Heals are a problem... but focus all u got into Siamat. The best thing u can do is to postpone P2 for as long as possible and focus on taking out Siamat. The 90% damage reduction is tough to get through... but you have to get his HP down to less than 50% for the DPS to be possible.
IN P2... u got ~20 seconds to take out around 2 million health. Its very, very tough and you need very good DPS to do it. If your DPS aren't so great... take the sheild down to 40% so u can cope with the nasty DPS race.
The key to this fight with any type of DPS is keeping all melee adds up until the boss's health is far down. Make sure a couple casters are constantly killing Minions of Siamat because they do some nasty damage. I recommend going with a melee and two casters. The melee should stay on the boss at all times while the casters rotate between the boss and Caster adds.
Keep the three melee adds up as long as your healer can handle it. When you are ready, take out one add at a time (your tank should have taken their health down a bit via AoE and other abilities). Make sure that you also let the debuff go down to around 8 seconds before finishing off the next add. Killing them at the same time is stupid because they explode for some damage and can overwhelm your healer.
If the boss's health isn't down around 60% or less at the start of P2, this achievement isn't going to happen. I recommend 40% to be safe because of the strict timer on your debuff.
If you really want this achievement, and you are DPSing in P2, but you know that you won't get it, call a wipe before it is too late and you kill him accidentally.
- My group realized this very cool trick:
The boss's sheild doesn't go up until around a second after you damage him, so have all of your casters cast their biggest nukes at the same time. With luck, you can get the boss's health down 100k or more before his sheild goes up, greatly decreasing the time during P1 burning.

Yes, that really is 3 paladins.
We knocked Siamat to about 65%, then got all the Servants down to under 100K HP. We stacked up, killed the third Servant. Got knocked around, then stacked up and killed the second one. Popped all cooldowns, and burned Siamat until there was 10 seconds left on the debuff, then the Ret Paladin killed the last add, and we continued burning. Got him down with about 5 seconds left on the debuff.

Phase I
1. Start on boss and kill ranged adds as soon as they pop.
2. Let tank grab Servants and let tank dps those down to 20-25%
3. After 3rd add spawns - group up and burn it down. This initiates phase II.
Phase II
1. Don't get knocked off the roof at the beginning of the fight.
2. Make sure to regroup and burn boss till there's a few seconds left on your debuff then kill another Servant to refresh it.
3. Keep burning boss down and watch for two things:
your debuff
boss's hp
If either one getting low - kill 3rd add and finish off the boss. Major mistake on this fight - trying to kill more then 1 add at a time without using existing debuff time to burn boss. Very tight margin for any errors, but otherwise not too tough of a fight. Good luck!

I just tried this just then and almost 1 shot it.
We would of if we had a better pug that did more damage/dps then the tank.

What we did is phase 1 (when hes got the bubble)
I (tank) had aggro on the boss (or what you can atleast) and got aggro on the Melee mobs.
All the dps would kill the casters and wouldnt touch the melee mobs.
We did that untill phase 2.
Once phase 2 happened, after the wind burst we killed 1 add (to help take less damage). Dpsed the boss to a certain % then when theres roughly 15secs left on the debuff, killed another which gave me 2 stacks and reset the timer back to the max, dpsed the boss to a % then killed the last one.
Which gave me 3 stacks, full duration and then burnt the boss.
We missed out by 10% which if the dk pulled more (he was in blues) then we would of got on our first try.
The strat was basically the one you would use for Al'Akir pre 4.2 with the debuff in phase 2, Kill 1 to get the debuff then just before it runs out kill another.
Hope you could understand it.
Just made the account to post this since people seemed to find it hard when really it seemed really easy, we just missed out on our first try.

After 45 minutes of trying this achievement I can definitely say that DPSing the boss to 10-20% and then killing all 3 adds at once is the easiest way by far if your healer can handle not going OoM that long.
We ran with:
1 Blood DK tank
1 Unholy DK dps
1 Enhance Shaman dps
1 SV Hunter dps
1 Holy pally healer
The pally had no issue healing for the 9 minutes it took us to get to 20% which is when we AOE'd all the adds.

...you must stack when killing servants (melee adds) to get the buff
. DPS shouldn't be an issue anymore, and most raid healers can handle it without issue.

We only got the boss to about 85-90% health before killing the third add to initiate phase 2. Once we were done being bounced around, it's pretty simple. Hit time warp/heroism/bloodlust burn the boss til your debuff is at about 10s, kill another add, burn the boss for 20s, kill the last add, kill the boss within 30s.
It's pretty easy with the DPS people are pulling these days. Though I probably would still only do it in a guild group. Just remember to stack when you kill the adds.

quite hard achievement compared to other cataclysm hero achievement, i did this with 1 Tank

Basically, there are servants and when they die, they give you a debuff which increases damage taken by 33%, it stacks to 3, you get 1 debuff per dead servant.
Tank Gathered all 3 servants and tanked them, no one touched them, we kept them alive
Even tho boss is in a shield, he can still get hurt, so we stayed in phase 1 for the whole fight, tank has adds and we killed any minion that spawned, we nuked boss till 100k HP Left (took a few minutes) avoiding clouds that spawns,
Then when he was at 100k, we all stood next to servants and AOE them, so they die at same time, if 1 dies but other 2 dont, the boss will go to phase 2 and throw everyone all over the place, so you cannot stack and get debuff. so by killing all of them at same time will stop this
once everyone has debuff, we nukes boss and Got what is known as hardest cata hero achievement.

- tank takes three melee adds aside
- dps on the boss in phase 1, and kill the ranged (small) adds.
- when three melee adds are up....
- stack on the tank, stay out of the bad, kill the three melee adds asap to simplify healing, and nuke the boss.

NOTE to everyone that can do a bubble: Paladins, mages, whatever I'm too pissed to care...
DON'T use your Bubble / Ice Block after getting 3 stacks. I happened to use Divine Shield when the boss was on 5% after getting 3 stacks. The stacks went away and I did NOT get the achievement, though everyone in my group got it. So, you can imagine my anger, despair and resentment because this achievement was the LAST one for the mount.
.. Well there is that plus 1 hour of making a group and 1 hour wiping on the achievements the other guys from the group needed.
Just thought to add this little " tip " for other people, so that they don't the mistake I did.

A couple of things none of my group realised which made this hard even in ilvl 400 gear. (27/01/2012)
The debuff is on the
players
It is cast within 10 yards of a dying Servant of Siamat.
Initially we thought it to be a two second cast (
Lightning Charge
) which it isn't. It is instant. It lasts 30 seconds.
You can stack it up one at a time if you exploit this duration though that is a little harder than just AOEing all 3 at once and triggering phase 2 when wanted.
So my recommendation would be.
Let tank swipe adds as much as he wants just to maintain aggro off healer of Servants of Siamat.
Meanwhile, burn boss to 30% or so with his shield up - this is easy in 397 gear and is equivalent to 17.4 million damage.
Leave the minions as their own self destruction is slower than DPSing them and thus saves damage from the storms they spawn and saves healer strain.
Make sure the servants don't get too low as if the tank has defensive abilities, the reflected damage can trigger them early, we took them to around 15%.
When ready (30% for us or 700k hp on Siamat), bring everyone together and AOE the adds not to drag them over 4% in one hit - that might bug them and not cast the debuff.
You then after being thrown around by Siamat have 30 seconds to kill the boss.
Remember not to move when he is throwing you, positions of throwing are calculated before the cast occurs and if you move, you may be thrown off, in which cast swim or run to a storm and use it quickly.
There is a faster way which is as follows (397 gear):
DPS Siamat upon engagement as fast as possible
Keep dpsing him until 3 servants are up (45 seconds apart)
Kill the last servant while everyone is stacked, dps boss for (30 - (comfortable DPS time to kill a servant)) seconds
Do as above another two times
This gives you up to 1.5 minutes to kill Siamat without a shield
However at 397 it's very easy to kill him too fast
This however may be easier to control than the first method I mentioned

On this achievement we had one ranged and two melee. The tank needs to collect all the melee adds, being SURE to keep track of which one spawned last (just mark it). We had the ranged dps constantly kill the caster adds, while the melee dps burned the boss (90% reduction shield was up on boss). Ranged dps also had plenty of time to do some good damage to boss.
When the boss was very low, i believe we waited until 10% hp or less, the tank killed the melee adds making sure to kill the last add to spawn last. So be sure to keep track of the adds and kill the last one to spawn last because when he dies you go into the next phase where the boss throws you around and if any of the other adds die during this you wont get their debuff because you will not be close enough to them.
So if you do all this right it should look like this....
Start the fight, boss puts on shield.
Two dps working on boss at all times.
One dps killing the caster adds and damaging boss in between.
Tank collects and marks the melee adds so he can remember which one spawned last. The tank can also work down the adds one by one to 50k health or less.
Boss is around 10% health with shield still up.
Have everyone stack together with the tank, and let the tank kill the adds in the correct order so everybody gets 3 stacks of the debuff before the next phase starts and you start getting tossed around.
At this point any ranged abilities should kill the boss, even while you're being tossed around, or a few seconds on the ground after getting tossed around he should die.
We did this strategy because we believed it reduced the chances for errors, IE dps killing adds out of order, buffs not lasting long enough, etc. I think the hardest part for this strategy is the healer, you have to manage your mana because its a long fight with spiky damage, and the end can be brutal, so your CD's need to be up. It is also KEY for everybody to avoid the green swirly clouds when you have three stacks of the debuff taking 99% more damage at the end, if you die you dont get the achieve. Dont get in a rush and you should be fine.

Pain in the ass to coordinate or even find a group for? Check. Takes ages between attempts due to having to whittle the boss down at 10% damage? Check. Involves everyone taking huge amounts of damage, while having the audacity to
