After you pick up the flowers, to decorate a ram you just click to interact with it. But only if they don't have the Floral Decoration buff.

WQ is NOT bugged. You just cant click a ram that allready has the Floral Decoration debuff. So find rams that dont have the debuff or camp the same ram. Debuff last 1 minute. There is a few rams that are outside the zone of the WQ. Which you may can tag if you fly fast out to them and click them fast.

You can aggro one of the rams without debuff and run till it resets, and while they are running back to their spot you can spam interact option because it's evading

I have been sitting at a ram waiting for debuff to fall of 3 times now, and I have been spam clicking right and left mouse buttons and someone else gets the decoration on first every damn time...I have the flowers. thiss is one of the worst quest designs.

I was spamming right click to put the flowers and I ended throwing them thrice to a single ram and all gave me credit. Did it twice.
So yeah just press right click really fast and complete the quest.

People are straight up griefing by killing the rams right before the debuff is removed.

Get flowers, then either: (A) find lots of people trying to do quest (and failing), most rams are already moss-covered, trying to right-click on the non-moss-covered rams does nothing, or (B) moss-covered-rams remain moss-covered apparently forever.

Since this toon is a miner, I've been killing the uncooperative rams and mining their corpses to at least try to spawn new rams faster. Maybe they can be draped with ever less fresh vegetation.

Is it an add-on of mine? Is it the phase of the moon? Is this an inadequately play-tested WQ? Who knows?

After the debuff wears off, you still need to wait a second or two to apply the flowers to get credit. I hit like four or five rams the fraction of a second after it wore off and no credit.

When you click the rams to decorate them there is a travel time before the buff applies. If you stand at a distance and spam click them as the buff is about to drop off you can get credit for multiple decorations at once. It's not perfect but it helps quite a bit.

The rams are on a timer. You can either choose to stand by one and hope nobody runs over to it while you aren't paying attention, or move from ram to ram until you get lucky.

As of 9/10/24, the quest area is a little glitchy. If you get too close to the edge of the area, even if you're inside it, the area may fade and the rams lose their debut. if that happens, just move back toward the middle until the active area reappears.

It is pretty easy to accidentally attack a ram that has lost its debut timer. And some people kill the rams in hopes of forcing a respawn. Either way, that doesn't seem to help. It appears the respawn timer is longer than the debug timer, so you're just slowing yourself and everyone else down.

At this point, I'm going to assume that none of this expansion's world quests were tested in a setting with more than one player present. The simplest mistakes are repeatedly being made in them. Low amount of valid mobs, low respawn rate, unique interactions that cause despawns instead of multiple people being able to grab it, debuff timers like this one... These are all issues that have been solved in the past, yet they are showing up far too often in this expansion.

Until Blizzard removes the debuff, just skip this quest for a few months until the player base thins down. Right now its take way too long to complete for very little reward. You can knock out pretty much all 10 other world quests required for the weekly in less time than it currently takes to complete this one.

They decreased the # of Rams needed to decorate to 1, so it's now doable! Thank goodness!

Still a lot of complaining about Quests being a "waste of time... YOURS, maybe, but stop "projecting" to put others off playing the game.

By the way; look for your game-pointer changing to show a compatible Ramolith...
