The Costume is found at the top of the tower on a shelf in one of the corners.

61.88 45.99 Costumes are 3 glowing items on the facing northeast part of the tower. Top floor. Head left from the stairs.

You get slightly different answers depending on which option you pick:

"It's part of the recitation ceremony."
"Oh, in that case, you can find plenty of spares on the top floor of the inn."

"I like to collect souvenirs."
"Well...I suppose it's alright as long as you only take one set. You can find plenty of spares on the top floor of the inn."

"No time to explain! It's a very urgent, very embarrassing situation."
"Oh! Say no more. You can find plenty of spares on the top floor of the inn."

The resting miners are inside the inn. 2nd floor /way 61.73, 45.97.
Machine oil located on ground floor opposite innkeeper. Purple vial top shelp right side. After clicking it i get coated with machine oil go figure.
Spare miner clothes located top of inn top level. on two shelves, 1 on top shelft, 2 on bottom shelf. /way 61.90, 45.90 . Does not matter whcih one
you click. all three disappear. Return to the quest giver outside, Brennok

Description

I'll slip away after the recitation. It's easy to vanish in a crowd of earthen enjoying a keg of cinderbrew. However, I can't be recognized when I leave town. I don't want anyone to stop me. Or worse, to think I'm abandoning my oath. Better to just disappear. If you find me a spare set of Miner's Clothes, I'll be able to get away without being noticed.
