Use the portal up the stairs and enter Dalaran Visitor Center where you will find Brann and Dagran Thaurissan II,
speak with Brann and return to the portal at the center of Dalaran again.

why does he call Brann "uncle Brann" but Magni he calls "grandad "- surely magni and brann are brothers ?

Very confusing. After completing the previous quest in the chain you will go to Dalaran (BFA) and you will see the quest marker in grey at the center of the Dalaran Visitor's shop. But when you go in the NPCs dont help. Instead what you need to do is port in the Chamber of the Guardian (in middle of Dalaran) and speak to Moira, Then you can complete the quest.

Or, if you log out and in, its breadcrumb: Radiant Echoes
You might get them in the wrong order, which can be confusing.

hey guys can i get some help.. been trying to find portal at dalaran but cant find it, is there a pre quest to this quest? how to get street level or Dalaran Visitor Center. Also it seems different because in videos on youtube Elizabeth Ross's room had items in the background but my one has no items displaying on the wall.. im so lost guys lol please help
