I'm actually happy about this change. I'd been wanting to get this mount for some time, but didn't want to spend the time grinding the same quest over and over for several hours each day, even if you could get all the rep you needed in a day. Unfortunately, I don't have that kind of time to be playing the game all day. Hell, there are some days I can't play due to my schedule. But this change makes it a guarantee, at least for me, that I can spend an hour or less each, or almost each, evening before bed doing the dailies, and in 20 days, being rewarded with the mount.I know some think it's become trivial, but for me and my schedule, this works. So, happy me. =)

Dear Everyone who is upset about the Wintersaber changes:Your tears are delicious.
I think this change is REALLY unnecesary.
That cub is ADORABLE!Also, so happy this quest chain is gonna be like the Horde equivalent. Makes it even (kinda).
Admittedly I skimmed/scanned but didnt see anyone ask this...Is the faction going away? If so I see A LOT of people there grinding to get to exalted.
I will admit that it was a pain to get....but why making everything so easy now? I rarely feel like I've accomplished anything these days :(
My biggest issue is this:-1 faction for Alliance. So now the Horde is not only one mount ahead, but also one faction ahead.Balancing sides causes more imbalance between sides!
What was the merit of grinding this anyway? Grats for having such a huge amount of time to waste?
This is a great new concept going from companion pet to full-fledged mount. I'm excited to see how Blizzard can apply this mechanic later on. My only question is, what will the state of the Cub be when you get the mount? Or will you still have the companion, and just receive the mount as a quest reward. In that case, will the 'only usable while in Winterspring' requirement change? Excited indeed.
So if they are trying to even things out and make both sides equal, then Alliance needs two more mounts considering Goblins got actual mounts that any Horde race can get, but Worgens are their own mounts that if you are a Dwarf you are unable to get, thus making the Horde having more mounts available to them.
I like it.
