If they added any new world quests to the "old" regions of shadowlands, I would have done more of those. I'm still doing the same quests as with the release patch for callings. That could have been a great way to replace the passive gold gain from the tables. I'd prefer playing the game with my class mechanics over playing an interface.Just waiting for the day the auction house addons get banned and replaced by a better way to search the current auction house.Filtering and sorting are some of the quality of life options I'm really missing there.
So, I think the reason the passive gold stuff is probably getting nerfed, is in Dragonflight, vendor trash seems to be worth more and mobs seem to drop more raw coin too. No stupid systems to engage with to get the money paid out. It does also feel like repairs, flight paths, profession training and vendor materials cost more, too. Vials and Flux are pricey.Just like any other reward system, The covenant callings and war tables gold might seem like you're "getting extra" but that was always an illusion. The gold you get from those activities just comes out of the budgeted wealth Blizzard is willing to give somewhere else. Remember as they ramped up things like war tables and paragon missions they nerf raw gold from old dungeons and raids. It's always a zero sum system targeting some number the developers believe is a healthy average for you to earn / a healthy average for the economy to grow by each day.If nothing changes it will be a gatherer's market in DF, You will be out there tapping resources and pulling raw gold from dirt piles / explorer packs / other treasure boxes, and mobs.
How has TSM not been banned yet. Everyone knows it's due to TSM that the BMAH has been in shambles for years. The comment below mine is wrong. TSM needs to be banned.
I'm just gonna say that I'm one of the 50.000 people that downloaded the mantius spreadsheet, soooo useful, tyvm for that one
