"death knight focused expansion" seems a bit far fetched
These are pretty neat. We're getting to the point where enchants are becoming cooler and cooler, making runes feel a bit ass in comparison.
It's a DEATH themed expansion, and Death Knights have DEATH in their names. I don't think it's a DK focused expansion, but they're gonna be important. Well, Bolvar is gonna be important.
That’s cool new Runeforging but still got me wondering since they added new Death Knights allied race plus new swords for them. But what about revamp those horses mount its time for them to get new shine for them in the expansion.
30% of attack power over 327093 days? yikes.

Rune of Hysteria and Breath...yeah that's going to be nerfed. Rune of Apocalypse should be a stacking effect, maybe?

All of these say "Requires Death Knight" in the tooltip, just like Runeforges...these are indeed new Runeforges.
I'd rather see a rune that decreases physical damage taken, as that has been the bane of the BDK for very long time. Or any change on other parts, skills w/e. Say they add a proc or skill or passive that reduces the main physical defensive CD?
