no please no i want more numbers or im out
so long as i'll still be able to farm old raids for transmogs i'm happy
Dude its not a big deal.
Still wondering where my lvl 19 twinks sit in this limbo of level squishing.
Very curious to see how Legion Legendaries work considering the ability to obtain them at presumably level 10!
Does this mean that, for example, classic raids will be tuned for level 25 players?
The ilvl jump from mythic Uldir to mythic Nya'lotha just shows how ridiculous the whole Warforged/Titanforged system is. The corruption system was quite interesting, but it should've been an openworld/visions mechanic instead of a raid/dungeon one.I get that they want to keep loot interesting even after several weeks of farming the same place, but I think it's an unhealthy practice. If you already have everything you needed from a raid, then it sounds to me like it's a perfect time to hop onto an alt and get that geared! Or perhaps you can give the loot that you gain to a fellow raider in order to gear them up.I am all for interesting loot (the rings from Mechagon spring to mind), but ilvl inflation or layers of rng in order to keep people coming back just doesn't feel right.
I still don’t like this change. Not so much the reduced numbers but that this will surely break things that won’t get fixed till after release.
It jumps from 66 to 130 in BfA... I feel like the numbers should be lower. Like ilvl 85 for Ny'alotha or something.
Once again, item level jump is too high post-squish. We don't need a 74 item level gap just for mythic BfA tiers when it will all soon be obsolete. If there's a gap of 74+ item levels from an obsolete expansion, what will the gap be for SL raid tiers? Do we need to jump another 200 item levels in one expansion? We're just going to have a squish every single expac because of this nonsense.
People still cant understand that stat squish is just number, it'll never affect your power. For god's sake
That ilevel jump. We start Shadowlands more or less at what we did BFA in ilevel. Maybe 20ilevels less. Doesn't feel like a squish to me. If we have the same ilevel curve in Shadowlands as Beta for Azeroth, we'll be 470-480 going into the end of expansion as well. I know thinking almost 3 years ahead, but wonder whoever came up with these numbers thought that far ahead to? Feels like 66-140 is a very large range of ilevels for gear when Vanilla level (old level 60) is 34.
