This defeats the purpose of Classic. It'll end up being an instanced/lobby type game where you just queue for a timed MC +10.
Awesome, as long as with more difficulty comes either more loot or higher-grade loot I'm down.

pretty sure you can only do the raid once no matter what difficulty you pick, so you dont have to do the raid on every difficulty every week to be relevant.
I highly doubt there will be any exclusive rewards outside toys mounts or cosmetic items. You just need to look back to the start of p3 and the way everyone felt about sunken temples difficulty. The majority of feedback has been that sod needs to just be a loot piñata
This type of difficulty toggle (activated by the NPC, who is in Azshara, and NOT in the game's UI) is perfectly fine for Classic WoW. This is what they did with Season of Mastery AQ40 and Naxx. It was a lot of fun and I'm glad they did it.
As mainly a retail player I think that having multiple difficulties with the best loot tied to the highest difficulty is a perfectly normal thing but the devs gotta be aware who their target audience in SoD is. It's not people like me, it's the dads who can play for 5 hours a week and who just want to blast some easy bosses and get the bis gear. Don't screw around with difficulty too much, p2 and p3 showed that's a bad idea.
