That Hamstring nerf is a giga-Oof. Not sure if there is a set duration for the slow other than the 5s of a typical bleed, but only being able to slow Healthy enemies is going to be a huge hit to Rend builds that this talent was actually intended for in the first place, and Rend builds are already struggling to be relevant.Buffs to Rupture are welcome in that they at least recognize the skill is incredibly weak, but only the Warrior's Rupture and Fighter's Rupture changes matter that much. Enhanced Rupture needs to be a flat value based on weapon damage plus a portion of the bleed damage consumed by it, spread to all nearby enemies. You could have like 500k damage in bleeds on a target and Enhanced Rupture will make nearby enemies bleed for like 2k. It's basically nothing.Fields of Crimson change literally doesn't matter because you still only gain any kind of benefit against enemies standing in a tiny puddle. The weapon basically does nothing and takes one of the most important aspect slots. Fixing Enhanced Rupture alone might salvage this weapon, but the whole effect probably needs some kind of a redesign to live up to the name, which is actually pretty awesome.Slaking Aspect is still not going to be used. Remember: Rend has a 33% Lucky Hit modifier, so you by default only get 1/3 of the listed value (13-20%). Hitting multiple bleeding targets doesn't increase the odds at all. There is no way to actually make use of this aspect because it's just gambling on every cast. Really needs a complete redesign, or needs to roll per bleeding mob hit, not just one roll per cast.Overall, Rend/Rupture gained almost nothing, when they really needed help. The biggest gain was actually the Creeping Death Malignant Heart, but Hamstring just took a huge nerf so it may not even really work with Barb anymore.Aspect of Burning Rage is still really dumb and will probably never be used. Some of these other buffs to things that are almost never used are welcome, but may not be enough to make them matter.
