Personally, I just think some of the blues come across as.. snobby. And for some other reason they really enjoy picking some of the worst possible players to have actual discussions about the game. They really know how to choose their battles.

If they can't handle being in customer service they shouldn't take a job in customer service...If you have an item break the day you buy it from walmart you take it back, if the customer service rep gives you attitude you take it to their manager because they are failing to do their job properly...now those people have to deal with nothing but griping and whining all day too, doesn't give them a 'treat people like crap' free card. Same applies to blues at the 0-boards...they take that position knowing it comes with listening to griping and whining all day and they too do not get a 'treat people like crap' free card imo.The difference is that wow is a product that changes. You buy a shirt or a cd it either works/fits or it doesn't. With WoW you buy one game then in a few months a patch comes out and changes it, then 2 years later it feels a very different product than what you bought. That causes alot of the extra whining, and I do sympathise, but they chose it and could choose to not post. They need to at least follow their own posting policies although a little better tone would sure be nice too.
