That's more like it!
much better. the old one was so bad
I wonder if anyone realise the in the middle is just the art jpeg of the city
Much better. Big improvement over the current one.
Much better, keeps the old vibe alive.
Lmao they cut a hole in the middle of the loginscreen and then copypasted the concept art from the WoW press kit, applied a blue aura around the rim and called it the day.I don't know. It is a step up from staring at a wall of molten rock, but it's not something really pleasing to look at or captures the imagination like past login screens. Blizzard seems to be really married to this idea that half of the screen on the left and right is going to be taken up by this box. They might be envisioning this really cool loginscreen in The Last Titan, but that's 4+ years from now, and looking at this for the next 2+ years...
Called it, it's pretty neat though. Definitely different to what we've had in the past.
I think the "stone" was intended to give way to this type of image at launch, well done!
I would've really preferred something darker, like the nerubian place/city.
I wish they would let us pick between few options for loadscreens.. Me personally I find this current one WAYYYY better than this one showed on the post.
looks awful and trash , feels something came out of disney art with weird window angle , as if dragonflight wasn't enough
nice i like it, but you know what would be even cooler if that screen changes per season.
I don't even see the log in screen for longer than 3 seconds, why do people care enough to complain?Oh right, its the Wowhead comment section, if you're not crying about everything blizzard does, you're a shill.
I'm 90% certain this was always the plan.Closed box for pre-patch, opens up to show the current expansion at launch, throughout the saga. Perhaps even the current patch.
I mean, this was always intended. People should realize it.Making the gateway closed during the pre-patch, and open to the new land when it actually releases, was a decision made beforehand. If you want to be cynical, you can still claim the more detailed version wasn't done in time, so they put in a blocked off version for the pre-patch. But it does make sense not to have a month of welcoming people to the new continent, while the new continent isn't available yet.
I like the current login quite a bit actually.
