Wow! They included trainers for the draenei and tauren. Trainers which haven't been relevant in years. To the point where on Bloodmyst you can still spend silver to train skills from them, last I checked during BFA. What will Blizzard think of next?
Arena:'clip-clop-clip-clop-clip-clop' Ambush...
Why add trainers when they should just remove then, they are completly useless since Pandaria XD
But my immersion
While there is technically a new Draenei rogue joinng the SI:7. They're not the first Draenei to join the SI:7. The first actual Draenei Rogue (and probably the one to start the idea that Draenei could be rogues) is Mishka from MoP... Despite using only a bow and is mainly just a combat medic, she does use Energy as a resource bar. It honestly would be kinda cool if she was involved with training new draenei rogues (Lorewise).Gameplay wise, Trainers haven't been a thing since MoP and people just get there class spells AS. THEY. LEVEL. (There's even a night elf priestess in the Gilneas area in Darnassus that can still teach priests their spells, but you can't unlock until you reach a level-- but at that point you'd already have the spell the moment you reach that level.)Talents can be freely swapped anywhere, at any given time, and builds can be swapped around. Unless Blizzard has something planned for the next expansion to involve them, this is mainly just for world-building.
Brother Lightfoot's face is nightmare fuel LOL
Still need Void elf Paladins ! Aka Twilight Paladins.
Kul Tiran and Zandalari warlocks next please. The former have been referred to as a glorified body type before meaning they should get all the class choices as regular humans, while the latter have had warlocks since Classic.Hell, throw Highmountain Tauren (Feltotem), Night Elves and Mag'har Orcs (Council Soulspeaker / Shadow Council Pyromancer) into the mix, it's not like Warlocks are meant to represent the core values of their race, but rather the fringe cases, nutjobs and exiles who prove themselves more useful than dangerous to their respective factions. If you can teach an Orc how to use the Light you can teach others how to summon an imp.
I don't think each race needs a specific connection to each class. The Light is one of the biggest faiths on Azeroth, and WoW has taken place over the course of more than a decade. If an Orc wants to become a priest of the Light, it should simply be possible. And things shouldn't be made up for these combinations after the fact either.
I'll have to give, it's a good touch to give the Tauren rogue trainer (yes, just let it sink in once more) a subtle nod to the fact that technically this should not be. That they allowed it anyway is just hilarious in a good way. Lets face it, the stealth mechanic in WoW is grossly outdated regardless, I'm still amazed at being 'in stealth' in the middle of a large open field (as a human, mind you). I can understand the simplicity, I also wouldn't mind the mechanic to become slightly more restricted.
Oh yeah, Tauren rogues been unable to play these past 2 months without them. They're 100% useful and not at all useless.
They need to create way more lore for some of these. I get that most people are sandbox andies who just want to play however they feel that day and don't really care about lore... But that's not what Warcraft is. Warcraft is a place where things have a reason for being - this is why they flesh out the Tauren Rogue, even though it's ridiculous.Even back in Cataclysm, they explained where the new race/class combos were coming from. Like Highborne Night Elves rejoining society = Night elf mages.DO NOT lower your standards - Blizzard is responsible for fleshing out the lore of every single new rae/class combo they have created. It is imperative they follow through with the rest.
tauren rogue....................doesn't make any sense is againts any lore and how does that even work wtf..............
There's a Highmountain Rogue stalking The Drag too and the Lightforged Draenei Rogue Trainer is in the building with all the trainers in the basement, Rsomething the Shining Shadow.
We saw from the cinematics that rogues actually go invisible. This isn't dnd, they're not evading your perception hiding behind something. They literally mask themselves, sight and sound. "But he has hooves!"They had hooves in Warlords of Draenor when there were a hundred draenei rogues. Or did we forget them?So it's okay that Gnomes can shrink the entire planet but not that a Tauren can use magic to hide themselves, gotcha.I dunno why people get upset about this. :pIt's a high fantasy magical world bb
