As if they didnt know whats wrong and whats right..

they had a survey before Shadowlands, look what we got LMAO
oof
This confirms to me that they will introduce more and more ways to try to prevent people from expressing their toxicity (which will likely be impacting non-toxic players at the same time), instead of trying to figure out why people are toxic on WoW and not on FF14 (if you listen to FF14, at least, it seems to be a paradise with mostly nice players).
Mwahahaha.Just to say later "we did a survey"... (but the result has never used).
T
That is true!
Shadowlands is fine but rough year due to covid.Anyways at least we had way more stuff to do than the players of that other goty mmo because aparently they were done with it in less than a week.
FF14 isn't toxic because most people are doing easy content. The stuff you find in the Duty Roulette is LFR level and that's what most people are playing. FF14 has nothing on the level of M+.
Good! This way they will have the private answers of the majority instead of the whining vocal minority flooding Reddit and the Battlenet forums and oppressing anyone whose opinion differs from their own.
Shadowlands was okay in theory. It was the complete and utter lack of content releases that made it feel boring and stale. The extra things like the Venthyr party planning was so stupid I can't even imagine how many hours, days and weeks of developer time were wasted on it - especially considering how out of place in World of Warcraft it was. The story being spoiled by PTR also kinda sucks, especially how little story was being released the last two years. I like how FF14 keeps their story to themselves until content releases. Being that the Jailer was just shoe-horned into the lore also felt cheap and weightless so I don't know how well received it would have been had the story not released weeks ahead of the patches going live.
They had a survey a few months ago... I was more shocked it didn't get mention in September.
The reason people are not toxic in FF14 is very simple. It's because if you are toxic, they will ban your ass into the ground. It has nothing to do with the gameplay itself. Nothing about WoW forces players to act like troglodytes.
Oh wow. I never check the email attached to my bnet account and apparently had a couple surveys from them. Both expired. Unfortunate.
