Very hard boss, but I don't know if the hardest. Forgemaster and Mammoth in Neltharus are still gigantic hps checks. Halls of Infusion 1st and penultimate boss are big hps checks, too
First boss does way too much damage on a +18 and spawns an ad like 3 seconds before smashing. Not killing said ad is a wipe.
Very surprised they still didn't touch the mammoth in Neltharus.

Still overtuned dungeon.The bosses in a 17 felt harder than other dungeon's bosses in a 20.The worm just has unpredictable when you get hit by a puddle followed by a random rock it can one shot you if you are unlucky. And healers having to do like 120k hps is just insane for a 17.
Dear my future NL group members, please stand next to the boss so the crystal spike spawns there.Dear tank, the add spawns directly to the left of where the boss is facing. Please face him so that he spawns into or right next to the crystal spike so it doesn't run an extra 15 yards annihilating your group.

That’s nice and all but…This boss wasn’t even difficult. This wasn’t the problem child of the dungeon. Compared to most other encounters, worm boss from NL and dragon from VP remain leagues above other bosses. I understand not all bosses are created equal and I love having easier bosses compared to some, however, the variance in range is astounding. While we’re talking about NL - are we just not going to say anything about second boss? If you blink or miss your judgement on where the correct stone lands, you spend that intermission phase just guessing. And getting absolutely smammered with avalanches. Not to mention Rokmora’s adds. Like dayum. Slow that bull$%^& down just a second. It’s not that it’s undoable, it’s just frustrating and unnecessary. It’s there just for the sake of being there. I hated NL back then and my hatred still flows strongly. Same for VP. Some of these bosses require large amounts of HPS for the key level. If everything is equal and people do mechanics, you shouldn’t need to do 67k HPS on a single target fight in a +12 key. I would honestly take 18 BH any day of the week compared to a 15-16 NL.
Honestly the entire dungeon needs some fixing. Too many adds in higher level keys on the first boss with too much HP. Second Boss phase 2 does too much constant AoE damage. Third boss is probably the most noteworthy and problematic in multiple issues. One of the annoying ones being the scaling of the tongue pull being far too fast in higher levels that unless you abuse the eggs to stop your character from moving its practically impossible not to be eaten.That dungeon seriously needs a complete look over. My friends and I can clear 12's no problem but that dungeon is on an entirely different level of difficult for some reason.
This season is excellent other than the constant crying from healers telling people to pop defensives when everyone does and they actually have to heal for the first time in like 8 seasons. Yes, you should have to do a $%^& ton of HPS, just like DPS needs to do a #$%^ ton of DPS. Finally, a season where healers must learn to play the game !
