@kakashi now imagine you play Mythic M+ and Arena and to go all out on these you would need worst case 3 covenants and lets say specific soulbindsdon't forget we will get legendaries too.
Needing one out of five members to be from a covenant ISN'T going to be an issue. Just like rogues or someone with keys to open TD doors. It's cool that each covenant adds something extra.

community is divided by horde and alliance in favor to horde , approx 80%community is also divided by stupid mindset of noobs following pros in meta even though all classes are fine until +15So now lets throw in another divider = covenants, so people will look for META classes with META covenants, i feel sorry for DPS players looking for a group...

do we know the uptime of the buffs throughout the dungeon? Would be interesting to know if you could itemize for these buffs
I love how everyone just auto defaults to "THIS WILL RUIN M+" without the thought that gee, maybe they won't be in M+.

I think these buffs are a double edged sword currently. On one hand I love them . But if m+ is designed to be timeable only with these buffs even on the average weekly dungeon levels (such as 15 currently) then it will be terrible. However if you are playing a class which is kind of not "meta" regarding m+ (let's say like feral cat or survivor hunter or enhancement currently) but you can provide one of these buffs then it will be easier to get into dungeons with pugs If they happen to need the specific covenant . Tho I must admit this is anything but reassuring.I love the impact choosing a covenant has on multiple aspects of the game, but this one in particular is just way too strong in my opinion.
I'm sure it'll be nerfed but tbh its only 3 minutes and in a key if you die it'll go away. Look at Junkyard with the electro bots. That is one dungeon, this is only one dungeon. Its very hilarious seeing people over react SO much over covenant abilities and the dungeon bonuses.
This one looks the worst. Do you lose buff if you die? Because that's the quickest "leave the group" scenario i can imagine.Also 3 minute 25% haste AURA is way too strong to not have m+ timer balanced around that, seems like necro dungeons will be the most cancer ones.
All the people who are for this type of stuff are those that havn't done a single m+ above level 15 before 8.3.
Are they expecting like 95% of rogues to go one covenant, so on the off keys groups don't bring a rogue and try another dps for example? I can sort of see the "RPG value" of this, but it seems like a sneaky way to change up M+ groups which will just cause more niches.
Covenants will release imbalanced, just abandon ship now if you cant handle it. There will be a patch eventually where they will unlock them all to everyone, just start playing during this patch, I honestly believe they do it on purpose at this point. If you want them to change stuff quicker then dont play, if their numbers are down they will make these changes, but ofcourse you're addicted and will eat whatever &*!@ they serve you at the start.
