Mechagon isn't ready for M+? Bummer. Call it a mini-raid then.
Bring back Mark of the Wild pwease Bwizzard
"Guardian Buffs, Vengeance Buffs. They are aware vengeance is useless outside demon spikes. They are aware bears don't have control on their life. Buffs are in the lines of incoming rage and cost reduction to Iron Fur."Rly? Why don't you do it now?"Blizzard is considering completely removing 1 or 2 of the combos completely."Bursting and necrotic i hope...
y nerf outlaw? just nerf kywy
Balance between ranged and melee isn't good right now, there isn't enough danger to melee, making their contribution to the group more relevant. At long last! Yes please Blizzard! do something, the ranged chars have so much adventages. Melee is totaly more difficult compared to range that they have complete overview of entire encounter, better repositioning, more time to react, consistent dmg etc...
"Blizzard believes there are too many loot sources in the game and likely change that for 9.0."Hmmm I dunno about this..
"Balance between ranged and melee isn't good right now, there isn't enough danger to melee," probably because melee are only in danger if they're stupid and not moving out of AoE effects. a lot of boss abilities only target range because it'd wipe the group if they targeted melee (last boss in motherlode would hit tank + 1-2 melee if the homing missile could target melee. Lots of healing for healer on higher keys). If tank can't build threat fast enough on big trash pulls, melee are usually the ones becoming the punching bags (unless you got a frost mage) or if the tank simply dies. For melee to enter the danger zone, it mostly comes down to tank/healer responsibility but the danger zone for range mostly comes down to personal responsibility since they have to move and dodge the volcanic plumes or targeted boss abilities. (P.S. When your team composition is 2 rogues it becomes damn near impossible for them to die to other reasons than them screwing up due to their toolkit.) "making their contribution to the group more relevant." Really only because rogues are melee, bring probably the best controlled AoE output, have everything needed to counter threats, tricks, group utility in the form of Shroud, sap and hell of a lot of CC. Oh and melee have shorter cooldown on kick compared to range. It's better to negate dangerous debuffs/dmg than dispelling/outhealing them(kick is also not globallocked whereas purging that missed interrupt costs a global)."Blizzard biggest regret with Reaping is that it is too easy." Reaping is only easy if you can coordinate: LoS the caster mobs, dodge the hard-to-spot frontal smashes, stun the adds, dispel tank/kite mobs if necessary. Oh and because the current meta is Prot Warrior, Outlaw Rogue and one more burst aoe dps. Ofc it's easy when reaping waves die within 10-20 seconds. Can't LoS caster mobs? Good luck grouping them up for the life saving AoE stun to cancel the 5-10 Grave Bolts which can one-shot players who don't LoS."Blizzard is considering having something like a Raider.io score in-game, but nothing planned right now." Biggest issue with Raider.io is that 90% of casual players ask for a score that will carry them through the dungeon (i.e. asking for 1200-1400 score for a +10 key when the leader himself is sitting between 600-800*cough* begging for boost *cough*). They also automatically assume that a player is $%^& if their score is below 1000, even if it's an alt whose main score is 1600+.But that's not the "real" issue when it comes to pugging m+ keys. The 90% player base is completely obsessed with the meta. You MUST have a prot warrior and a rogue for the mandatory shroud, or a DH if you already have a rogue. Yet they don't do the megapulls where these classes really outshine everyone else. I'm 1600 r.io score, 8/9M and 410+ ilvl on my main and I get declined to 10-12 keys because I'm a monk and not a rogue or DH. Anyone who meets these criteria should be insta invited to a 10 key at least with a few exceptions: The group would get a 3rd melee, the group lacks a Combat Res or they want someone who can open the locks in Tol Dagor(shame "only" rogues can do that, not anyone who has the right profession)"Snapping isn't something that should happen. Hard to fix in the near future, but they may fix it still during BFA." Are they talking about snapshotting? Is that still a thing?
Reaping felt appropriately difficult. You have to plan around it and deal with the stupid slam bug which they don't seem to care to fix. I'm not sure what they're talking about.I'm really not a fan of no Residuum reset. Players who push M+ now haven't had anything to really gamble for a few weeks, and they're gaining 1k dust a week from the cache. Throw in dust from mythic raids and other sources and its probably a 1.1k-1.2k average. Now, If 8.2 releases in July, that means raid isn't coming out until August which is almost 4 months away. That means well over 20k residuum saved. Its likely going to cost 17k for the first piece, but it still means that if you're a mythic raider, you gotta start saving dust..This is design 101. If you want to do the game in seasons, you don't carry over a currency like this.Blizzard saying they don't feel players kill enough trash in some dungeons. What dungeons are we talking about? What dungeons are light on trash?
"Blizzard feels that you don't kill enough trash on most dungeons. "That really makes no sense. They force us to do "100% forces" and it's... not enough trash? Maybe they can just tweak that to "200% forces" and watch people stop playing M+. Although this design mentality does make sense of why they bring back all of the trash with reaping and also add teeming and fortified as affixes - Bliz really digs us facing lots and lots of trash mobs.I miss Maw of Souls, so much, and Bliz is running from that design concept. I'd rather have 6 bosses and very little trash. Why on Earth does Bliz think that trash is more fun than bosses?
