I wish him luck. His ideas provided a lot to the game. Personally, I didn't care for the Azerite Armor or the Heart of Azeroth, but I did like the Great Vault. :D It's nice to able to tie a person/face to the end product.
Creator of original Azerith Armor, Hearth of Azeroth Necklace and Great Vault? Jesus... thx for the toy box at least. Was he at least resposible for also "fixing" these same systems? People are praising Great Vault, but don't remember that the launch version was kinda bad, then they changed the requirements on live to fewer raid bosses, tweaks on drops, etc. and now it's kinda ok (and far better than BFA chest).
I like the vault. I like the toy tab. Not a fan of the rest of his work.
Wish Russ all the best,But, Can we get the Master Loot back tho?
Great Vault is pure garbage, it is a symptom of what is wrong is WoW gearing system. But a least collections are cool !
I could careless about the Vault. So yeah, have a great life, but you won't be missed. Azerite Armor was just terrible and the Heart of Azeroth we still can't destroy and is clutter. While I liked BFA story aside from Teldrassil, it was a big thing that turned everyone against BFA.Toy Tab is awesome though, but that is about all he did useful.
Thank you for the Toy Box collection.
In hindsight, he probably designed the best (weekly vault) and worst (Azerite armor) itemization systems. Take it for what it is.
The toy box was legitimately among the best changes the game has ever received. But for everything else listed... nope.
Man, this was a really bad way to summarize the accomplishments of this guy.Guys, just because a guy proposed a system and worked on it doesn't mean all of its flaws are his fault solely.
