Mark of Honor
, the tokens needed to purchase PvP legacy transmogs are now available for sale. Oribos PvP vendor,
Purveyor Zo'kuul
, sells
Orboreal Distinguishment
for
Honor
. One
Orboreal Distinguishment
will set you back , and contains 5
Mark of Honor
. For those with extra
Honor
, acquiring all of those legacy PvP sets and the associated Achievements just got easier.
Previously
Mark of Honor
were available as quest, loot box, or Mission rewards -- so this is a huge QoL improvement for collectors.
Check out some of the legacy ensembles that can be purchased:
BfA Gladiator Ensembles BfA Aspirant Ensembles
These are from
Battle for Azeroth
, but of course you can purchase ensembles, arsenals, or individual pieces from the PvP vendors for each expansion.

Why is this in Oribos and lvl 60? Like i don't even do PvP at lvl 50-60 as it's outright atrocious in it's current state, where as i love PvP from 10-49 and i usually cap the honor at about half way with nothing to spend it on, it's ridiculous. it's enough that the whole expansion is boring as hel, and they can't even give anything to spend honor on outside Shadowlands, oof.
Oh yeah, you're one of those guys who plays something broken to dominate in lowlevel pvp. And then complain that max level is crappy. You're a niche luckily.
Except it's not broken, nor am i dominating anything, it's a proper PvP experience compared to anything max level has to offer. Just having heirlooms and their scaling ilvl and stats, low lvl PvP is absolutely amazing and ''balanced'' in a sense. Funny enough, it requires more skill, so many times i've killed people jsut by outplaying them, than PvP at 60 where you just get 1 shot my covenant abilities, it's the worst it has ever been.
It's almost as if the entire "borrowed power" concept has been a disaster for PvP, and if you removed that one element from lvl 60 PvP it might fix most every complaint today about the ridiculous imbalances.
But everyone complaining that corruptions and neck powers were more important in PvP than ACTUAL CLASS ABILITIES during BFA just made Blizz triple down on the entire terrible concept.

Anyone else remember when you could get like 10-15 marks of honor for a single PVP world quest in Legion lol
Remember when it was so easy to get honor levels in Legion too? Wish I had spent more time doing those PvP WQs
I got to honor level 44 by doing those on all my alts :)

Borrowed power is always a disaster. It's one thing to enchant your gear for some power, as it was in the past, and perhaps some crazy gear peace, but when you add the likes of Legion artifacts, BfA azerite/corruptions and now Covenants, it unbalances the game like crazy. When leveling from 10-49 there are no such power imbalances, i know because i've literally been leveling characters by spamming BGs and skirmishes since Shadowlands launch and everythig depends on your own performance and whether your gear is up to date, which it is if you simply use heirlooms due to their scaling.
And even when you use enchants and a some gems(with the gear you can buy from vendors)...the power difference is fairly small, it gives you a small advantage, but you still need to play your class well to succeed. That is why i love PvP from 10-49, yet loathe it at 50-60. They are like 2 different game, except the former is relatively ''balanced''.

Yep, it was fine.. Especially now since the only old sets really worth having you still can't get without a pvp title from Vanilla.
