Very nice! I will use at least one of these now. Keep up the great work on the blog Wowhead!

My main is a warlock. Please mind my spelling, I don't have the macro's in front of me at the moment.Fire Spells:#showtooltip/cast Immolate;/cast Searing Pain;/cast Rain of Fire;/cast Incinerate;Stones:#showtooltip/cast Soulstone;/cast Healthstone;/cast Spellstone;/cast Firestone;Summons: (covers most of them -- the ones I use most)#showtooltip/cast Summon Felguard(Summon);/cast Summon Imp(Summon);/cast Summon Voidwalker(Summon);/cast Summon Felhunter(Summon);Buffs:#showtooltip/cast Felarmor;/cast Unending Breath;/cast Detect Invisibility;/cast Soul Link; When I'm Affliction -- Grind:#showtooltip/castsequence reset=22 Unstable Affliction, Haunt, Curse of Agony, Immolate, Fear;Lots of the same ideas here can be used for virtually any other class, esepcially the ones, because you can condense a lot of related spells into one button. These helped my shaman immensely, ironically, I find they don't work well on melee heavy classes -- at least, they're less useful to me.One I just put together earlier today, when I find I grab too much aggro, I use this:Cry for help: (I have Prat 3.0 installed with the shortcuts module enabled for this to work right)#showtooltip/s Help! %tn is attacking me!/p Help! %tn (%thp) is attacking me! I have %hp% health, I don't know how much longer I can hold out! Attempting to cast SoulShatter!/cast Soulshatter; This speaks to anyone in range, and tells my party (optionally raid, if you change /p to /raid) if I pull aggro and want to try and drop down. Usually soulshatter does it, but it helps to let the main/off tank know that I may flatline seconds from now.
My favorites currently are three-four actions on one button (prior to that I’ve used 3 action bars with shift- and alt- mappings on them). They’ve already being mentioned here few times, but here’s how you write it even shorter:For my “zero” button:/use basic mount; flying mount; HearthstoneLatter is obviously same as . And since we’re only /use-ing items here, they can be written in one line. And here’s my favorite, for “~” button:/cast Shoot/petattack /cast Attack That’s warlock-ish style, but any of my other class alts uses it with some of his most used spells…
/cast heroism/say Fe Fi Fo Fum
#showtooltip/cast Hunter's Mark/petattackHunter uber macro. Simple, old, but I don't know what to do without it.
I replaced the stock "Attack" button (bar 1, slot 1) with this macro which will automatically fish or attack depending on the items I have equipped:#show Attack/cast Fishing ; AttackI find this one useful for fishing as well. It lets me use the space bar to "click" the bobber once I catch something:/run df = DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME; key1 = GetBindingKey("JUMP"); if (key1== "SPACE") then SetBinding("SPACE","TURNORACTION"); df:AddMessage("You are now a man of action.") else SetBinding("SPACE", "JUMP"); df:AddMessage("Your legs are no longer broken.") end(Unbind the NUMPAD0 "Jump" action manually before using.)I also tend to make the mouse wheel button a jack-of-all-trades. My death knight uses this:/cast Acherus Deathcharger ; Death Strike/dismount So, mount up or dismount, or death strike if I'm in combat. My rogue uses one to mount, vanish, or stealth; my priest uses another to mount (flying or ground, depending on modifier) or Shadowmeld. Also, sometimes I shift-link friends' tradeskills into a macro so I can view their craftable items whenever I want. I can usually fit just one to a macro.
Once again, no macro in front of me so I apologise for error;#showtooltip blade flurry/use 14/castsequence reset=10 blade flurry, fan of knives, killing spree,<my gloves for my engineer +haste>Now i just sit back and spam "q" (ironic?) to blade flurry, mass aoe silence (talented), which makes everyone come visit my rogue's new maces, and then unleash a multi-target Killing Spree, which ends with some blade flurry left, which is why I pop my glove haste, to finish cleaning up the mess. The result is typically a Paladin or Mage style of a collection of bodies.
I'm a shadowpriest and have pretty much all my basic spells macro'd to a friend/enemy target selection. If I target an enemy, it will cast a hostile spell; if I target a friend, it will cast a heal. E.g.:/cast Flash Heal; Mind Blast/cast Renew; Shadow Word: Painetc..This allows me to have about 7 basic keybinds for 14 spells, especially if you configure your WoW to automatically remove shadowform when you cast a holy spell.
Random vanity pet:/run CallCompanion("CRITTER", random(GetNumCompanions("CRITTER") ) ) Not really as useful as most, but it's fun. I'll sometimes bind it to my Frostbolt key to see the reactions of others.
