Currently I have 4 level 60s, one for each covenant. Last one still working through the campaign, as it only hit 60 about 48 hours ago. Of those 4 60s, I have ONE level 2 building. My third and fourth 60 doesn't even have their special building yet. Reason? Sure as hell not lack of souls, I'll tell you that.Anima drought makes sense storywise, but come ooooooon with the Anima catch-up already!
Love the 35 anima drops.
Never heal your followers, send them on a low level mission with a healer and they come back healed for free. I have never spent anima to heal.
I've got 4 characters at 60, have raided on 3 of them. Only around 200~~ ilvl on the four of them.Buut bouncing from alts meant I got burned out on the anima minigame pretty quickly. So I have tier 1 stuff on all of them, and have never had enough anima to unlock a tier 2 anything on anyone.>.>I'm thinking of just focusing on my warrior for now, as that's what I have the most fun on. But I'm at like 40 souls and 300 anima. @-@I wish M+ and raiding gave out more anima. Like 100 a boss for raiding, maybe scale the rewards with the M+.I dunno. It's not a big deal, sure, but it does feel poopy. Maybe the idea is to reward the people putting in the work and farming this stuff. That makes sense. Still doesn't change how I feel about it, though.
Rush your mission table upgrade to lvl 3 asap, and don't push campaign too far so you can still successfully complete most of your missions = profit. I can gain around 200-400 (sometimes even higher, depending on luck) anima per day simply from mission table, and that's on a non-fae. And sure, that might not be all that much when you consider how much anima you need for everything, but since it's pretty much 100% passive/phone thing, it still accumulates over time.
But where is Anima ? I'm not a chinese famerboy...Anima gain is so ridiculous.
I've lost interest in the game because of the anima grind. The rewards are worthless compared to the amount of real life time I'd have to spend to acquire them. This expansion represents a really cynical attempt to maximise log in time and eke out thin content over as many months as possible.
On my server, most of the days there is 1k available via WQs.Sure, not everyone likes to do all the WQs to get the anima (I only do the 105+ ones, unless there's an achievement associated with the quest), and other players also play with alts. While I would love for anma (and offerings) to be accessible account-wide (even if they upgrade the anima rewards from activities), I think right now people need to look at how they're playing: how many anima is available and how much is being gathered, how it is being spent and exactly what they want anima for. Sure, if you are running 6 chars everyday, most likely you only do the calling and a few mount runs on all chars, leaving little time to get that precious anima. But that is solely on you. How you spend your time in the game matters, so choose wisely.
As if i want to spend my entire anime reserve for a tier 2 upgrade... yeah, nah... none of that stuff looks like it's worth it tbh. Collecting these souls is only good for upping the renown, i have way more than i could ever use with the limited anima xD
This is funny because when SL first launched I thought Souls would be the issue, boy oh boy I got that wrong lol.
it does make me chuckle a little about the initial freakout about how souls would be a hard limit for upgrades and then... yeah there was maybe a 1 week bump you hit before you could get all the Rank 1 and then everything else costs so much anima we're swimming in souls anyway thanks to the upgrades. but yeah. my main with the most progression is still missing the rank 2 mission table and all the Rank 3s are... gonna be -weeks- in coming, one at a time. Not great.
