i meen warcraft is basicly his baby from the beginning. so nice to have him back.
Chris knew WoW is in trouble. He comes back to save WoW and bring it back to the right direction. Big muscle men fighting each other and dragons. Not this kumbaya, lets hold hands and be friends, lets talk about our feelings. Stop that please. Also remove bots, gold sellers, M+/Raid carries.
So amazing. I hope he can bring back some of the old wow feel and get the lore back on track. Honestly, this expansion has been my favorite in a long time. Hopefully this will bring the game back to full glory.
I read this as "there are other warcraft games coming" and i for sure hope there are. Nothing made warcraft lore better than using the lore from W3. Hopefully a game other than wow could create some lore for future xpac
I dont expect anything to change til 11.0 if were lucky.
Thank %^&*! God. Next Xpac might not be dog now.

love the energy he brings, especially at Blizzcon. no one hypes like Metzen :)tho it's interesting to contrast Mists of Pandaria's reception with all these comments about how he'll seemingly singlehandedly "put the war back in warcraft"again, v happy to have him back ! i just think ppl may need to temper their expectations a little~
They are DEFINITELY releasing this news because they’re building hype before releasing Blizzcon virtual ticket. Honestly I DONT CARE THOUGH WHOOOOO GREAT NEWS!
We can have the war in Warcraft by actually having stories that involve invasions, not faction war.Legion had the War Against the Legion, but it felt so underwhelming because we never saw any Alliance vs. Horde battlefields besides the prepatch event. The Broken Isles should have been crawling with demons and we barely saw any.BfA did war well with the zone invasions and warfronts, but the faction divide is just awful. It always leaves one side unhappy and they honestly usually resort the Horde into being mindless killing machines, and the Alliance into a Human only story. That being said, super looking forward to see what the 11.0 reveal will be at Blizzcon.
I mean I am hopeful too and I want to believe. But lets be real. Its Blizz. They are probably jangling the keys in front of us with one hand, so they can steal money out our pockets with the other. I so want him to have a positive impact. But the comapny is ran by leeches. They dont care about the game, only money. So to me, I feel like this is going to be a little win, before they then lay something awful on us.Just what im used to with Blizz
I also would like to know who he is replacing, if anyone. I personally like Ion and I think hes doing a good job. Keeping the vessel afloat during those recent trying times was a feat, and I personally have been enjoying every expansion of wow, albeit some less than others. Cant wait for people screaming that Metzen should be fired if they dislike a single thing about next expansion lolpeople just being too quick to blame
W !
The champion wakes up in Orgrimmar. The shaman watching over them tells of the horrid things they spoke of in their coma. A cataclysm? The burning legion's final invasion? A massive sword in Silithus? Pandas? Now that you're awake, you've got to collect 20 boar hooves and report back to Thrall for your briefing on the next Stormwind invasion. Throm-ka!
Good lord the next few expension are going to be about Thrall again...
