Rira Hackclaw and her compatriots, Gashtooth and Tricktotem, have risen up as a deadly war-band among the Brackenhide. Their tactics are the reason tuskarr never travel alone, and their strength is the reason Wratheye has them guarding the gate to the Hollow.
Withered by decay, this once proud ancient has been dubbed Treemouth by the gnolls. As the rot settled into its branches, so too did it settle in the poor creature's mind, leaving a creature bent on nothing more than the need to feed and spread decay.
In Mythic, all players within 10 yards of Treemouth are consumed. If Treemouth doesn't eat anyone, he goes into a [Starving Rage] after being spit out.
In Mythic, the consumed player will become [Partially Digested] after being spit out.
This sharpshooting gnoll has mastered the art of hunting, trapping, and killing her prey. Impressed by her abilities and cunning, the Decatriarch has assigned Gutshot to oversee and train the other hunters... and take out any interlopers that might venture too far into Brackenhide.
In Mythic, upon being triggered for the first time, the trap will rearm itself after 5.2 sec.
Wratheye discovered decay magic in her thirst for power, and declared herself the Decatriarch after mastering it. She now builds the strength of the Brackenhide by spreading her dark magic among her tribe so the tuskarr, and all of the Azure Span, will rot in its wake.
On Mythic difficulty, Withering Rot does not expire until Decatriarch Wratheye absorbs it with [Decaying Strength] or the encounter ends.
Yikes, that's one boring looking dungeon.
Yikes this looks terrible. Looks like a Wrath era questing zone.
Rot? That gives me Underrot vibes
I hope this dungeon is less... dry than it seems.
Looks fun! Reminds me of a more classic fantasy dungeon for once, instead of the trash SL gave us.Now I just want Gnolls to be playable. :(
the new necrotic wake
Looks like Grizzly Hills: The Dungeon! This is going to be one of my favorites. :D
I dont like very much outside dungeons like Eye of Azshara, Plaguefall, etc, but hey finally we have a gnoll dungeon.
For a second I thought I saw a Drust, but it was just one of those Damn Proto-Deer Mounts, got excited over nothin.
Looks nice to me. I'll wait to try it first hand, but nothing stands out as bad.
I still hope they will make the M+ dungeon rotation much more enjoyable. Like for instance, why can't we have all DF dungeon + those from old content rotating? Cause if we will have like 4x season (like before SL was) imagine, there will be some sort of a good trinket, but hey guess what, wait for next season to be up in M+ pool so oyu can get it at some comp ilvl. Or, not even going to think about it, imagine it will not be in next season, nor maybe till end of expansion...
Hm, looks like Bonich, the Forest Planet from Argus portals mixed with Grizzly hills. Anyone saying this looks boring or dry can take their incorrect opinion to guild wars or some other game with whatever aesthetic you're looking for.
interesting.
