Really, NW ranked as A and ToP as D? I four manned half of ToP after someone had to leave and would have thought NW would have been a dumpster fire.
Mists is CANCER this week. "If" you happen to go through extremely rough trash with fortified AND raging not to mention as extra added bonus those explosive bloody orbs, you WILL end up facing Mistcaller and during split phase those orbs spawn anywhere and everywhere. Avoid this wretched place at all cost!
Mist isn't a B tier this week. They really need to redo that fight with orbs. Once again Blizzard devs fail to take into account melee when making these dungeonsinb4 someone says "just need a healer with an explosive macro"

I have to give props to the author, as he finally added one sentence out of 10 lines of text about the explosives at Mistcaller.I don't know why he keeps talking about the trash at the beginning of the instance, regardless of the affixes. Sure, the second pull is one of the rougher packs in all of the dungeons, but it isn't THAT bad that's worth talking about every single week. You don't have to continuously talk about something that is completely unrelated to the current week's lvl 4 and 7 affixes.The unique interaction between Explosive and Mistcaller is much more worthy of discussion. The orbs that spawns on all the clones divide the attention of everybody, and makes the fight last so much longer. Yet the author only mentioned it in one sentence, without going into any details and no tips at all, when this is such a much more important thing than the first boss, which is basically the same regardless of affixes other than tyrannical.
People whining about classification when they only do low keys (-15)... makes me smile.
SD should be S tier and NW should be down as the hardest. Mists is hell in second boss with orbs.

Probably the easiest thing to do is make a mouse over macro for them, saved time and effort. Also for any boomkins out there, running twin moons allows you to get a free moon fire on something else when you target an explosive for the main hit ;)
This List is so Wrong lol...I tanked and Healed all of dungeons this week on +14/+15 keys, here is my oponion of List:
This week has been rough in general in LFG. Tank rio is so insanely inflated. I depleted my key from 20 to 17 in NW. Then I respecced tank myself and 2-chested NW. Got 19 PF and monkeytanks made i 16.. I respecced tank and 2-chested it. Haven’t bothered playing my main after that. I just really wish covenants was not a thing, or I would actually be a tank main in m+. But BiS PvP cov and BiS tank cov is not the same, and the difference is immense, so I can’t really be a tank main in PvE...
These dungeon ranking lists make some notable points but are mainly opinion based.
Should probably try to get someone who knows what they’re talking about to write these guides in the future. They specifically say to not go around the ring to pick up powers into instead go directly into a Ardenweald to pick up certain powers, and those certain powers aren’t there, you need to go into Mechagon to get Varruth. And considering the value of the powers and the fact you can do the backtracking while mounted, the advice here for DoS is just awful.
This list is concerned with high keys though. ToP and SD will always be one of the hardest keys on high keys because there are so many elements which are massively over-tuned in the case of SD, or very tight timer wise in the case with ToP.
