You guys are seeing 5g commissions on these orders? My server is full of 1s ones! It’s ridiculous. There should be a forced minimum commission if not including all mats. Thank you guys for linking that add on. I’m going to install it now
Someone put in a 5g work order for an item that needed several runed writhebark. Yeah, good luck with that one. I'm pretty sure I accidentally filled one order (not that one) before I caught on and before Blizzard added the confirmation dialog. Now I'm annoyed because I have to verify every order I get from my alts. Guild and private orders shouldn't have the dialog (never used to) or give us a way to turn it off for those and keep it for public.
What Is really unacceptable, apart from my personal opinion which Is still negative, Is that the base system does not allow the crafter to distinguish which of the materials are being provided and which are not, making It impossible to distinguish scams from honest orders. This is the least that needs to be implemented if they want to continue in this nonsense, otherwise crafters will never be able to accept orders that did not provide the full material list while knowing if the mats are being covered by the commissione or not, at least not without using addons, making the already complicate system even more requiring.
Got 2 415-418 weapons and 1000+ ultimate pots for free except the souldbind stuff. Like it if people don’t pay any attention!
The annoying thing about that is the box pops up even if the only reagents you're providing are the Finishing Reagents, which you would have to manually and intentionally add, unlike the other stuff which could get automatically added.
I have been spending my time getting all professions up since launch. And i was doing alot of workorders. But i stopped making public workorders, i simply dont wanna cycle through them all, to see who have supplied all mats., and players offer anything below 50g commission for things that require my mats.Out of principle, i will not be crafting %^&* anymore. If im bored, ill take a look in trade but thats it.This is a huge mistake by the WoW team, and it needs to be fixed asap in my opinion.People are only trying to get free stuff, while the opposite person spent months learning and farming stuff. And if they slip up a tiny bit, they lose mats. worth of thousands of gold.I mean an example is: Theres alot of profession equipment in workorder tab. With a 5g commission, but they havent supplied any mats. Why should that even be possible?Nah, i alredy miss the days, where you could go to workorder window, and if there was an order, you would make it, without fear of wasting mats., but in return only get skill, talents and gold. Its just terrible now.
This flooded everything so badly and ruined everything. On my server we got a person, filling in hundreds of Workorders with all alts, so without the addon it is simply frustrating to find anything not scamming you for your materials :( I get the idead Blizz seemed to have, but the solution is plainly &*!@ed thanks to scammers.
Despite the change, I still prefer to provide all the reagents and a minimum of 500 gold per order I make. Normally doing that gets my order fulfilled every time, so its worth it to me
Absolutely worse change ever. Being one of the few who have maxed out every single profession and collect all knowledge on every profession weekly. I worked really hard to be able to do work orders.. It was already horrible enough, rarely a work order and if there was the tip/commission was horrific. But now, thanks to Blizzard, every profession order is literally just filled & cluttered with no tip, no materials items. So I am suppose to spend my thousands of gold to craft your items? Seriously, who does Blizzard have working for them that thought this was a good idea?
This was like last on my list what i want to improve of public order crafts. First one is make rank requirements for public orders.
Anyone know what addon adds the "Reagents Value" in the crafting order pane?
It's "Attention, Crafters!", "Attention Crafters" refers to a group of crafters that have the characteristic of...attention? As in, they're made of attention. Please, fix this. 🤓
The game provides a big warning box saying "you're about to use some of your own reagents". If you still get scammed after that, you had it coming.
